Please note that the one star review here was NOT given by me!! That review is fraudulent!!
I stayed at the Brant Inn for 3 weeks in February. The rooms have been fully renovated and include beautiful tile walkin showers!! The rooms are very tastefully decorated! The staff are friendly and very accommodating! Brant Inn is a very pleasant motel to stay in!! Being on Colborne, it's close to shopping and bus lines. It is also surprisingly quiet!! I would strongly recommend the Brant Inn to anyone wishing to stay in a clean, quiet, and accommodating motel while staying in Brantford!!

Room 22 23 24 infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. Here paid by city contract for homeless. The owners receive 130 a night very unsanitary. Not for children or anyone who has choice. Go elsewhere!! They sprayed. The picture is what i swept. No help cleaning up. Still they creep all day out the vents.

I'm getting annoyed my family and I have been here we were told we would be moving rooms once one was renovated and we keep getting the run around get told talk to the owner however he's not here everyday and have no phone number for him.... aside from all this frustration it's not a horrible place to stay they are definitely trying to improve things

The only thing good about this motel is the price. They are attempting to renovate the place but it is not helping the infestation.
There are cockroaches inside and outside of the motel.
The workers doing the renovations are very unpleasant. They look at my girlfriend and grab themselves. I'd rather use more direct speach about what they do but it's to rotten to post.
One of the guys is supposed to be security but is very aggressive and intimidating and tries to fight guests. We told the owner a d he said if we are intimidated to leave.
Almost every available room had druggies in them.
The wifi does not work.
We asked about the roaches and we're told once again we could just leave if we didn't like it.
Outside at night the roaches run all over the building and ground.

I've been here with my spouse multiple times since the renovation and I've had a great experience! The owner is nice and friendly and provides house keeping every morning. I plan to stay here again in the future.

I thought I'd give this place another shot since renovations.
What a bad decision. Pictures look nice but sure do not show all the bugs. I mean lots, inside and out. Cockroaches everywhere. I've only ever experienced this at this property.
Very disgusting!!
Very impolite staff and some weird guy around at night. Not for us. Very uncomfortable. Will NEVER stay here again.

It was clean and newly renovated, weird guy walking around the parking lot all night and a guy sitting in his truck outside our room all night smoking. Hand towel was just a face cloth hung up on the towel ring. 2 bath towels and that one facecloth all that was in the room for two people. One plastic cup. Wifi doesn’t work despite calling and verifying password it did not work as many others have stated. Beds very uncomfortable and 2 flat little pillows. Disappointing but cheap.
