Went in to order take-out.
This place is VERY BUSY, which must be a good thing.
Ordering with the hostess at the front desk was smooth and seamless.
She was very nice.
Good was prepared in a decent time, while waiting at the front of the restaurant.
Good overall was delicious and prices were good.
However, they missed ranch sauces and veggies for the wings that were ordered.
There were no napkins or utensils in the takeout bag either.
Small inconvenience but overall good experience.

We dined in for the Saturday Surf and Turf special. Steak was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. All was delicious. Our food was ready pretty quickly despite the place being packed. Great service and friendly staff. Menu is huge!

Rachel was just a great server! We stopped by on a Tuesday for lunch, there was 4 of us. The place was busy but the service was fast, the food was good, we ordered off their $12.99 lunch menu (which has many choices on it) and we all enjoyed our meals. Pictured are Spicy Thai Basil Noodles, Chicken Shish Kebob and Piper’s Signature Burger.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Emma! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything at our table was perfect. She had a great attitude, made excellent menu recommendations, and checked in at just the right times without being overbearing. Emma truly made our meal even more enjoyable with her kindness and professionalism. I would absolutely come back just for her service. Thank you, Emma!

I wanted pancakes and they didn’t disappoint! Come every week multiple times for lunch and have never been disappointed! The food and service is always top notch!

This place will always be a favourite of ours ! Their menu has anything you could ever want, so it is a no brainer for us to come here, especially when we don’t know what we’re craving ! Food is out super quick, always so delicious, and the service is unbeatable. Ben, our server, was amazing. Very charismatic, personable, and didn’t have the typical server “script.” He would anticipate our needs before we even had to ask, he had us laughing quite a few times - even with the first words he said to us, and overall made our experience at Piper Arms 100x better than it ever has been. Something I liked, is the way he would tell us to close up our menus once we have decided so that he was not bothering us. I know it makes it easier for him as a server - but it also ensures that we don’t feel rushed. Food can be as good as ever, but service is what motivates customers to return. Also, I’d like to add that the music here was awesome ! Whoever is controlling the songs was doing a great job hahaha we were singing along for our whole visit. Thanks to Ben for enhancing our experience, we will definitely be coming back soon. Piper Arms is lucky to have a server like him !
