I had the pleasure of visiting this amazing place today for a baby shower, and I was truly impressed! From the moment we walked in, the staff provided exceptional service – they were warm, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making our gathering even more special.

To tell you that I was blown away by their service and the atmosphere of this place, is not an exaggeration. From the moment I entered the door, Lana was so welcoming and to make an exception to make me low tea without booking ahead. The prices are reasonable compared to other places I've been
Everything that I had was great, from soup, Roiboos tea, sandwiches and scones .

I visited the retail shop yesterday and received outstanding service. With the huge selection of teas, I was in heaven! Shoutout to the helpful gentleman for sharing lots of information and being patient as my Mom and I made our picks. So far I've had the Jamaican chai, Darjeeling cream earl grey, and caramel cherry cheesecake teas (yes, in just a span of 24 hours). The quality is phenomenal.

Wishing Steve strength as he continues his fight battling cancer. My Aunt passed away last week from endometrial cancer and his story hits close to home.

Truly a Brantford staple! Beautiful location with a great selection of teas and accessories. Will be back for tea and scones!

Updating my review: we went for tea and scones or “cream tea” and lunch. The sandwiches were amazing, and even came with a side of chips and pickle which made it seem like a full meal! The tea was amazing, we loved picking our own mugs, and the candle on the table to keep your pot warm was so fun!

Went with a friend and had a wonderful time. We had little sandwiches and scones that were so fresh it was fantastic. I had the Carmel apple rooibos which I had to take a bag home because it is the best tea I’ve ever had. This is a great place for friends and family of all ages. I will definitely be coming back soon!

I was looking for a quiet, quaint restaurant with a light menu to take my friend to celebrate her 94th birthday. Another friend recommended Steve’s Tea, and I am glad she did. The best thing was how quiet it was so my friend, who has some hearing difficulties, and I had a wonderful visit over delicious food in a bright setting. Deb was a delightful server who recommended a lovely tea to complement our lunches and both of us were very happy with our orders. My friend liked her spinach quiche and barley soup. I had the Montreal smoked Meat sandwich on marble rye with a delicious salad and peach vinaigrette homemade dressing. I especially liked being able to make a reservation online so we were greeted at the door with happy birthday wishes. What a lovely little gem of a place!

This place is awesome! Took my 96 yr old grandmother and mom to have afternoon tea and dressed for the occasion. We picked our tea cups, flavoured tea and was ready for the sweets and light lunch. Will definitely make this a regular outing!!

If you're in Brantford, you have to stop at Steve's. We had the afternoon tea today, and you definitely will leave full. Every bite was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich. The scones are absolutely wonderful and come with real clotted cream. Everyone is lovely and will make you feel so welcome. It's the small details that matter, down to picking your own unique tea cup and the heart shaped sugar cubes for Valentine's. 10/10 I can't wait to come back.
