Absolutely best nail salon I’ve been to, family owned and operated. So friendly and they don’t rush you out like most places. My nails are always perfect I’ve not once been disappointed and I’ve had alternating staff do them, and every time I leave happy. Thank you Kenny and all the wonderful staff !

They did my nails pretty close to the reference picture and I really like the way they turned out BUT I went in and asked for nail tip and get extensions (meaning the builder gel).

After the tips were on, the tech pulled out what I am positive was acrylic powder. I reminded her I was doing gel and she said yes but kept the powder. I said gel again and she said yes again and then started with the powder. At that point I gave up lol

Either way, I love the way my nails turned out but I don't appreciate that they didn't do what I asked.

I also got a pedicure and it felt wonderful!

1st picture is what I asked for, last is what I got. I don't fully mind the sparkles in the black but wasn't exactly ideal. I was also up and down about getting a pedicure as well then had decided to wait till another time, but then worker kept pushing and insisting I do it, now I'm not gonna complain about the pedicure it's self as it was really nice and felt amazing, I just had my toe nails painted black so nothing special but the collagen treatment was amazing, my only complaint for the pedicure was how pushed it was even though I said not today, but lady didn't understand anything I said. I decided why not haha, but the manicure I'm not as impressed with. It looks chunky, I asked for square but slightly rounded as I have babies but the corners are sharp so I'm going to have to round them out my self. 2 out of the 3 staff there, 1 guy 2 females, 1 female doesn't seem to understand English at all, the other 2 where ok with language.

Personally I don't do nails often but I'd definitely say if your more picky and want ur nails to protection, I wouldn't go here for that. My nails shouldn't look so different from the picture I showed, so yea, 2 stars from me and most likely won't be going back there, I've definitely had better.

Edited to add, I ended up calling them and explaining my displeasure with my nails. They told me to come back, so I did, and they fixed them with our extra charge. I can't say they are as nice as the *reference picture, but definitely much better, and I am pleased with the work and the willingness to fix them. Proud to say they are willing to work with you if you arnt satisfied, also very important to note to be very straight forward on what you want, check and make sure ur happy before you even leave ? helps them as well as making sure we as a client get exactly or close to what we want as possible ?

Thanks again for fixing this, I will probably go back now to that and make sure I am more up front about how I want it to look before I leave.

The camera isn’t doing this bold and bright shade justice!! Kenny did my nails the exact length and shape I wanted and it’s everything I wanted!! Most people don’t get the shape right but he did. Happy to return

Terrible experience will not return. Booked online with what I wanted done. Full set gel nails add french tip. $55. Show up for appointment and they prepared my nails for DIP powder I said no I booked gel. I expressed that I do not like dip. Again she began with the dip and I said no I want gel. Then had to remove again the polish they put before gel. Prepared my nails again and proceeded with the dip. I'm getting mad three times so the only English person had to tell her that I want gel which was also stated in my booking. My nails are crooked and rough I will have to fix them myself later. If this wasn't enough I get charged $76. The price in shop shows 45 for full set and $5 for tip. Charging me $20 more. If I pay cash no tax but tax if I pay by card. They explained the tip was added on my nail which is extra and the French manicure tip was extra. You can't have fake nails without adding a tip on them. After arguing my charge was $56. Last time I go there.
