I visit Crave Coffee approximately once a month to stock up on K-Cup pods.

Crave Coffee offers an impressive selection of both decaffeinated and caffeinated coffee, available in K-Cup pods (sold individually or by the box) as well as ground coffee. Additionally, they carry a variety of teas, flavored syrups, and other coffee-related products.

While prices vary, they remain competitive compared to similar retailers. Although purchasing from Crave Coffee may be slightly more expensive than buying a standard box from a grocery store, the ability to mix and match from dozens—if not hundreds—of flavors provides a unique and worthwhile experience. This flexibility allows customers to experiment with different options without committing to a full box of a single flavor.

Despite living over 40 minutes away, I remain a loyal customer of Crave Coffee. Their friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere make every visit a pleasure.

I shop at this store twice a month for a couple of years now and I honestly have no idea why I’ve never reviewed this place before! I love Crave Coffee. They have loads of variety, I’ve bought piles of singles until my family eventually settled on a few we love and buy full boxes of now. They have the different seasonal k-cups as well, I pick up random singles of those from time to time. The store is clean, it’s an easy lay out in my opinion to grab what you need (once you’ve been in there a few times) and go the cashier! The line is usually not long, and moves very quickly if there is one! As for the service, it’s honestly exactly what I would want from a store. It’s normally a lady working when I shop, she’s super friendly and extremely helpful. There’s also an older gentleman and he’s wonderful and helpful as well! Highly recommend this store for your coffee needs!

Came to this store, as my usual store in Cambridge had to close early, and I will never shop here again.
I like a lot of flavored coffees which is why I shop at these kinds of stores and they are locally owned.
As I proceeded to pick out a few flavors from opened boxes, I noticed that some where closed. I asked if I could open a new box and was told no unfortunately I have to buy the whole box as the label does not meet "Canadian standards." I said what? The owner then proceeds to tell me "Yeah these labels do not meet standard as they have to have where they were made and brewing information on them." I said well funny, other stores I have been to do not seem to have this problem, and as I am holding a K-cup I had picked up from an open box did not have information, I said well how do these guys get away with it?
He then proceeds to tell me that he is not sure how the other stores are getting away with open boxes. I said it they do not meet Canadian standards then how are they being brought in and why are you selling them? No response. As I look around the store more, 3/4 of the stores boxes are closed, so you have no choice but to buy the whole box.
I paid for a few items and left.
On my way home I called a couple more Koffee Korners and no, there is no issues with labels.
You are being forced to buy the closed boxes at a higher price. Smart business plan, but bad for customer service.

Great prices and great variety for boxes of Kcups. I often buy one box of 24 or more and receive another box of equal or lesser value for free. The staff could be just a bit more helpful and friendly.

My wife and I go here every Sunday for K Cups. The prices are good, the selection is amazing, and it's a fun outing each time.

Whole bean coffee is rough... the pound of coffee stiles i got was stale. Bags are unsealed and no roast date on them.
