I have been visiting this cafe regularly for about 2 months. It is close to home so it's in a perfect spot for me. The food, the atmosphere, the service and the staff members are phenomenal. I always get the chai latte and it is always made to perfection. The chocolate chip cookies are amazing and the last time I was there, I was given one for free. The staff members and the owner are extremely friendly and make you feel at home. If I could, I would visit this cafe on a daily basis but for now, the weekly visits are perfect. I am always looking forward to the next time I can visit them. I highly recommend this cafe. You won't be disappointed!

Visited this hidden gem last weekend. We ordered Grand Ave Turkey sandwich, breakfast sandwich, lemon raspberry muffin and a brownie. All of them were fresh and flavourful. Sandwiches were crispy in outside yet soft inside. Overall the food was delicious and satisfying.

This place is more than a small coffee shop, it feels just like home. Greg is very welcoming and attentive to every customer that walks through the door. His admiration and knowledge of coffee is very high. He really took his time to show and explain the beans that he gets. I will definitely be back with the whole family to try out their extensive food menu items but I can definitely say my flat white was delicious. Id recommend everyone in the Cambridge area to support this local business.

Love the location as well as its within feet of the walking paths and the downtown core .

Java Jax Good Roast Coffee is a great locally owned cafe.

The drinks were expertly made and had rich flavours. The London Fog was particularly delicious with a touch of sweetness and hint of vanilla, one of the best I've had.

The service was great and super friendly, very attentive. The place has a wonderful neighbourhood atmosphere.

Jax Café is a charming local spot with a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The owner is incredibly friendly and goes out of his way to make everyone feel at home—whether you’re a first-timer like me or a regular.

The breakfast and baked goods are fresh and delicious, and the quality, quantity, and price are all excellent.

More importantly, they make a real effort to accommodate people with disabilities, which speaks volumes about their commitment to inclusivity. It’s the kind of place where the owner remembers the little details about his customers, making each visit feel personal.

I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need a fresh coffee or a quick, satisfying breakfast!

Came with my wife this afternoon this was our second visit to Java Jax and instantly we were greeted with a smile by the owner Greg amazing atmosphere and great personality. We had Iced Pumpkin drink and an Arnold Palmer was amazing homemade highly recommended. We also had the homemade tomato soup it was the best tomato soup me and my wife have had perfect flavour. We also had the Pepperoni and prosciutto & honey flatbread pizza and also tasted amazing. As a bonus we got 2 homemade gingerbread cookies fresh out of the oven included with our meal they were very good homemade as well. Overall I would rate the food 10/10 service 10/10 overall experience 10/10 very good local restaurant highly recommended to everyone to try and enjoy. Thanks once again Greg for a great experience hope to be back soon.

We popped in early Saturday morning. Fantastic customer service. The fresh ground coffee was excellent. I ordered a cookie and my partner ordered the breakfast sandwich which was made on a freshly baked croissant. He loved it.
