Hii there. Ok so. I’ve been coming here since they first opened and I’ve been obsessed.. I even wrote a great review months ago , so it pains me to write this now. But I just got a deluxe shellac pedicure last night ( and I get one every single month ) and this one from last night and the one I had last month, were both extremely extremely disappointing. The only reason I’m writing this now is because I am going away on vacation in less than a week and I feel discouraged and disappointed with this pedicure. All of the nails were different lengths, last month when I went they cut my nail so short it caused a horrible ingrown, and before he started yesterday I asked him not to cut or anything just lightly file to give some shape, and the first thing he went to do was cut it, later on when he got to filing the other nails, he kept filing the second toe nail repeatedly until it started to hurt so I asked him to stop and not file it or anything anymore, and he repeatedly would go back to that toe as well. As you can see around my toes it doesn’t even look like I had a pedicure last night. This was the same employee who did my toes last time as well. I would love to keep coming back to this salon because up until recently it’s been my favourite salon I’ve ever been to.

I'm extremely disappointed with the pedicure I received. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The technician didn't even bother to examine the soles of my feet, despite my request to scrub them. There was no effort put into making my feet smooth. To make matters worse, she filed the side of my toenail so narrow that I had to ask what she was doing. She had to redo the filler on my toenail, and now it just looks ugly. I ended up paying $64 plus a tip, totaling $74. I used to be a regular customer, driving all the way from Simcoe each time, but I won't be returning to this nail salon. I'm just so, so, so disappointed.

I didn’t get the name of the lady that serviced me but she did amazing! I love how my nails turned out and I love the complementary drinks they offer! I definitely recommend

Shellac pedicure and manicure.

My pedicure was well done by Michael, and very relaxing.

My manicure was completed by someone else. He didn’t have a name tag so I’m not sure who. My natural nails were long and well beyond the end of my fingertips. I showed him a photo of round soap nails that were a little shorter but still had tips beyond the nail bed. My nails were cut down as short as possible with almost no edge left. The shaping was rushed. The cuticle work was painful and I have cuts on 3 fingers that bled and stung through the remainder of the service. No cuticle oil was applied.

Despite the relaxing pedicure the manicure ruined my experience. I have engagement photos this weekend and am embarrassed about having any up close photos of my hands.

EDIT: They were not busy at the time as their response implies. Many staff were available and socializing together while my manicure was being completed. After writing this review I was called and texted several times and asked to remove this review. They offered a refund for the manicure portion of my service which I received and was then requested again to remove this review. I was called a couple more times and texted again. It cost me 3 times as much to have my nails fixed at another salon. Asking for reviews to be removed seems like a dishonest practice and misrepresentation in order to maintain a high rating despite customer’s poor experiences. This business has one of the highest ratings in the area which was why I chose it. Clearly, management prioritizes maintaining appearances and ratings to attract new customers than properly training employees and providing consistent and quality service.

My twin sister and I came to get our nails done on New Year’s Eve. We booked our appt online and it’s great to know they honour their online appts not like some other locations.
I live in Brampton and I attend the pedi and nails franchise there; however I was staying in Brantford with my sister for the holidays so I said let’s check out this branch so glad that we did!!!! Different owners but still exceptional service‼️

This place is ABSOLUTELY amazing! As soon as we entered we were greeted with such kindness from the staff working and the salon is VERY CLEAN! We were offered a beverage to drink my sister had her coffee and I took an apple juice.

We both came for a full set UV I normally choose Ombré; however my nail technician suggested “cat eye”. I didn’t understand what he meant but I am PLEASED that I was open to his suggestion he truly did an INCREDIBLE job, talkative and VERY POLITE! Thank you so much Henry for hooking me up!

Whenever I am in Brantford I will be for sure coming to this location. My twin sis who lives here in Brantford mentioned she has now officially changed nail salon locations and has now made this place her nail salon in going forward. She was VERY pleased with how Emily did her nails‼️

To the receptionist who was so kind and generous checking in on all customers we truly appreciate you sorry we forgot to get your name but we thank you so much for your hospitality‼️

I will recommend this location to anyone we both were out within an hour.

Will definetly see you all again soon.

If I could rate this nail salon a 10 Star I would. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile, the place was clean and inviting. I never get my nails done because of having young kids and I actually have short thumb nails. There has to be more people out there like me. It's a struggle to get the thumb nail to look the same as the rest of the nails. Past experiences never looked right. But this place was spot on, the powder gel went edge to edge. I'm very impressed and will be back for sure. Henry I believe ? is very talented and was fast too I might add. Thank you so much for dealing with my thumbs with ease ! Haha

Honestly terrible experience and will never return. On the phone I was advised removal is $10 so I drove all the way- ended up being charged $40 for REMOVAL lol. And my mom’s person was fast however mine was switched twice and they literally used the removal polish - I could’ve done that at home lol. Also I was hurt multiple times with the drill due to the harsh use of it. In the end when I said I was told $10 and I should’ve been advised if it was more , the other lady came snd was like you got a manicure - um no I didn’t , I got nail removal and 2 nails broke just as I was paying cause of again, the terrible job. They just made excuses to rob me of $40. That’s 2 hours of peoples hard earned money. Any salon charges $10 max for removal and this was just terrible. Also I called my salon to ask why there was powder cause I always do acrylic shellac and they said there was no powder. I didn’t even see any powder being used and I know what nail powder looks like. Besides if you wanted $20 more you should’ve told me oh there’s powder so it’s $20 and not $10 before doing anything so I could’ve gone somewhere else. Cheap people.

I've seen Tony a few times to have my nails done and always walk away happy!
I get bio gel done and a cute design. These last 2 times I've asked Tony to do soot sprites and ghosties! They are cute and the point is always well done!
