I have been a customer of Ella's for years. Her work and products are top notch. She's continously attending workshops and courses to stay current. She takes her time and really takes pride in her work. I wouldn't trust anyone else for my facials and waxing. If you want the friendliest service and the best products make sure to visit Ella!!!

When i called i just got a “hello” i asked if they offered just a basic facial which i saw was an option under “services” on the google website, in response i get “what do you mean by that” i was very confused and it was said in not the nicest tone. i then asked if this was Esthetics by ella because i was so confused as to why i got greeted that way and thought i had the wrong number. Then she went on to say how she didn’t understand what i meant by just a basic facial and that i would be wasting my money on just something basic. what i meant by basic is i would like something relaxing and something to help with my clogged pores. i hung up because i just felt like she was mad i asked or something? i never really write reviews but i feel like she didn’t have the nicest tone as i just asked a simple question.
