I love this place. The people are so friendly. They do great work too. I've been having Lisa do my nails since March and I've never had an issue. Before coming here I wouldn't get three fills before my nails broke through the biogel. I highly recommend this salon.

Ive been coming here since they opened and they are by far the best nail salon I have ever been to.
They always do an amazing job! The most precise and beautiful nail art I've ever seen.
It's always clean, great colour selection, and wonderful timely service.

This was my first time, got a pedicure and gel over my nails. After the pedicure, I was taken over for the nails. I was told that if I add tips over my nails and do bio gel, it wud cost $50. I did not get tips and was still charged the same. When I asked why, I was very bluntly told that's how much it cost, I didn't argue. After my nails I was told I was fine to go home. I touched my toe to see if they were dry, they weren't so the polish got all smudged. They had to do it again. I sat there at least another 40 minutes for them to dry. After that time I had to call one of them to ask if they were dry enough to go home. They said, they r okay but I must not wear my shoes and wear of the those things they put on ur foot while they do pedicure. I came home in those and did not wear my shoes until way later in the evening, and guess what come home and see my nail polish is all smudged, also saw my big toe nail is cut at an angle. Waste of money, and I tipped them !!!!

I got an acrylic set done here and I am blown away by how incredible they turned out. They were EXACTLY what I asked for and I know it wasn't an easy design. The person who did my nails was patient and took the time to make sure he saw my vision the same way I did.

(Also added bonus - they glow in the dark lol. I didn't ask for that and it doesn't look like they do but that was a really fun surprise)

I’ve been to 5 different nail salons in Brantford trying to find one I really like and OPI Nails is by far my favourite. I get UV gel nails and they’re the best I’ve tried. I think I’ll be making this my regular salon.
The artist was so friendly and kind and made sure I was okay with the quality of work the entire time she was doing my nails and she took her time. When I asked for a few adjustments, she happily did them - which is something I can’t say for some other places.
The shape is beautiful, the quality of the gel and how well it was done is excellent. The colour is gorgeous.
The actual salon is really nice and clean as well and the tools used aren’t worn out and gross - another thing I can’t say for some other salons.
Again, this will probably me my regular salon as long as I’m living around Brantford!

Not the best set of acrylics I've ever gotten, actually a little sloppy around the cuticles and the guy that did them was so rough made me bleed a few fingers. Was still sore even the next day.

Not a good set of acrylics, I would not come back. Very messy and they look like press ons, disappointing. Staff was friendly.

Wonderful staff that are attentive and offer helpful suggestions or recommendations. They always try to accommodate requests for sm groups or if you are booking with a friend.
The salon is extremely clean and well maintained with a friendly atmosphere.
