As a personal trainer here, I’m proud to be part of a team that genuinely wants to see people grow stronger, healthier, and more confident. The gym is family-owned and run, and the owners are always present, approachable, and treat everyone like part of the family.

I absolutely love World Gym! The facility is kept very clean and there are lots of great machines to use. To top it off they offer childcare which is very hard to come by these days at other gyms and their kids world room is stacked with amazing toys. My son absolutely loves playing in their kids world. The staff are so friendly and always make a point to welcome you and say goodbye when you leave. For a great price you also have tanning, red light therapy and a hydro massage bed. I can’t say enough great things about this gym.

I’ve been a gym-goer for over 30 years and have trained at countless gyms across Brantford, Ancaster and Hamilton. Without a doubt, World Gym Brantford is the best of them all. The facility is always spotless, the equipment is well-maintained (nothing ever seems to be out of order), and the atmosphere is never overcrowded. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the value for what you pay is unbeatable. I have the membership, which gives me access to tanning, massage therapy, yoga & fitness classes — all included.

I also want to share that I recently went through a devastating loss in my life, and the owners have been incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating throughout. Their compassion meant more than I can express, and it reminded me that this gym is more than just a place to work out—it’s a supportive community.

I’ve never once been disappointed as a member here. Highly recommend!

I've been really enjoying my experience at World Gym! The accessibility to all the amenities is top-notch, and the large, open workout space makes it easy to move through my routine without feeling crowded. I especially appreciate the red light therapy after workouts—it’s a great recovery tool. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and make the environment feel welcoming. Definitely makes it worth going when there’s a good culture of people who are focused and dedicated to their workouts. Definitely helps me feel motivated and inspired to do the same!

The staff that greet you are always kind, friendly, and willing to assist.
When doing your initial goal assessment, Sheena, is personable, friendly, and provides a lot of helpful tips and options to help you get to your goal.
Attaining your goal of weight management, muscle gain, and increased endurance has never been easier.
Truly a clean facility, with amazing amenities, and equipment that is always working as expected.

It's a great facility with everything you need to achieve your fitness goals.

Clean, well maintained and in my 3 years here I have never had a machine out of service.

For me however, it's the staff that get the 5 stars. The front desk become friends, the owners are hands on with the work load, care about you make you feel like family. Not to the mention Kid care! Which has provided me with an hour of personal time to focus on my fitness multiple days of the week. This is not just a place to workout. It's a second home for some, a safe place , a place where your friends are , a place to get fit and a place to work on your health.

The World Gym is fantastic! I have had student memberships at other gyms and they were good too; however, World Gym's coaches and front desk staff are amazing and friendly! They recognize their members and even take the time to introduce themselves and ensure the member's needs are met. Even the owners Kelly and Scott, are great and talk with members as well. This Gym and the community here are like a family of friendly individuals that make your experience a great one. The machines are also adjustable, which is a great benefit for individuals like me, who are short and sometimes struggle to get the best extension/movement on certain machines i.e. Abduction machines. Overall, a great Gym and community to be a part of; my experience has been the best and I look forward to many years with this Gym in the future.

BEST gym in the area! World gym offers everything and more! Friendly atmosphere, clean gym and a ton of amenities! This is the gym for you to reach your fitness goals. And they will help you every step of the way. I also absolutely love that they are the only gym in the area to offer childcare for the busy mom who wants to get back on track with a healthy lifestyle!
