Today I really need to have my nails done before 2:00pm, so I call golden Nails and ask for the availability at 12:00, and they said yes!! I saw some of the positive comments and I said why not?!
And let me tell you, this was the grates change that I have made, Mimi did my nails and design, and she is SUPER HIPPER focus on details, I feel like she did care about she was doing, and not just to cover her schedule.
For sure 100% I’m coming back!

I had terrible experience at this salon. I suggest to not go here the lady who did my nails was probably learning, my nails are lobsided and so bulgy also she couldn’t even draw a heart and it was terrible over all. As you can see in my pic 1 the pinky finger nail looks weird pic 2 middle finger nails index finger nail looks weird as well. On ring finger I wanted heart she couldn’t draw it. I was holding back to write this review but after speaking to my friends and sharing my experience a few said they been to this place mad service was horrible they also were not happy. If you don’t wanna cry for next two week cause your nails just look ugly.

This is best Nails salon in Brantford. Mimi is very friendly, professional and caring. She takes her time to get to know each customers to make sure she does our nails to suits us. I’ve been going to her since she open the salon. She is never in a rush to finish my nails. She always makes sure I’m happy before I leave the salon.

She always offer me something to drink which is a part of her making me feel valuable. If I break my nail she is more than happy to squeeze me in last minute to repair it.

This lady and her staff really enjoy doing nails. They really cares about customer satisfaction. I recommend if you are looking for a professional, competent Nail technician this is where you should go.

My manicure and pedicure dried poorly under their drying fans. I was told the fans are too powerful and that's why the polish dried waves and has bubbles. I was unhappy with the final product.

They offered to fix with more top coat and more drying - with the same powerful fans.

Will not return. I had high hopes and was disappointed.

Edit: less than 24 hours my nails chipped entirely off and look awful. Really unhappy with this location and will not return

Honestly the women here were soooo sweet!! But I got a set of acrylic nails from here, I had an appointment around 12:30 and ended up leaving at around 2:20, my sister and I were the only customers in there, I got plain nails, she got a basic French tip, and two of my nails broke of within the first day, not even within 6 hours of having the set. I went back to get them fixed the next day, and the woman was lovely once again! But unfortunately one of the fixed nails has a crack, and so does another one of my nails. It’s been not even 6 days, I will not be back. 😔😔😔😔 overall 4/10 nails broke in 6 days and it took surprisingly long.

Their deluxe pedicure with regular colors is the best! The sugar scrub and heat mask made my skin feel amazing, and the color options were beautiful. It’s my new favorite way to relax.

I tried their shellac takeoff and color change on hands, and it was such a smooth process. They were gentle and ensured my nails stayed healthy while removing the old polish. The new shellac color is vibrant and flawless!
