J'avais réservé a l'avance pour une chambre et al'arrivée elle n'est pas faite.
Deuxieme chambre pas propre car les joints des carreaux de douche noirs et tapis tres sale beaucoup de poussiere partout.
Pour $100.00 la nuit a éviter.

Friendly, clean and reasonably priced. We stayed at the Clansman while having work done on our home. Genuinely kind and helpful staff. Laundry on site, and a very decent restaurant serving home style cooking. Think Hot Turkey Sandwich, All Day Breakfast, Caesar Salad, Poor Man’s Pudding. Prices in the restaurant are reasonable, too. Pet friendly: we brought our little cat with us. Five minutes to the Marine Atlantic ferry to Newfoundland.

My mom's boyfriend and his boss had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The waitress was extremely unprofessional, talking about me and my mom to my mom's boyfriend and his boss while she was working. She even made threats, saying she's going to get people after me and my mom and commented that she knows where we still live. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I hope management takes this seriously to improve their staff's conduct. She works in the mornings and I’m just beyond disappointed

Very friendly staff. There's a restaurant on-site and a picnic area and lots of grass to take pets for a walk. There's an outside pool. It very close to the ferry.

An excellent place to stay when waiting for the NS-NL ferry. Very convenient located near the ferry terminal.|The entire facility has obviously been around for quite some time and it shows - BUT - the staff is doing a great job with what they have to work with. The staff friendliness does make up for any deficits. There is nothing specifically wrong, it just feels well past it's 'best-before' date.|The far from gourmet restaurant offers satisfying but very basics. If your diet is challenging, the basic hamburger / hot dog / fish & chips - is going to be a challenge.|BUT - on the up-side, no matter what could be improved - the friendly staff more than makes up for it.|We actually are looking forward to staying there again in the near future.

Come here often for work - staff is extremely nice and quick both in the motel office and the restaurant. Food is always hot and good! Big portions, great to have the option to get takeout and walk back to your room.
