We had a great experience working with Prep for catering for a party with about 60 guests. We were very impressed with Hayden, who helped us throughout the whole process. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and made the entire process easy for us. Anytime we had a question we received a quick and detailed response. We ordered the barbecue buffet and some grazing boards from the catering menu, and the food was delicious. They were also very helpful with figuring out options for different dietary restrictions. Everything exceeded our expectations 🙂 I would highly recommend Prep if you need catering for an event!!

Fabulous food on the go! Absolutely love the incredible, healthy, delicious lunch options. The bowls are so good and you don’t have to feel any “fast food” guilt as everything is just as good for you as it tastes. I have also had several meals from their well stocked freezer, salmon, butter chicken, curries, all of it’s delicious and if you don’t want to make sides they have a fridge full of sides to match the frozen entrees. Lunch and dinner made easy. They also now have Happenstance fresh bread available.

This is my go to spot for food if I’m in Cobourg, hungry and in a hurry. If you haven’t tried it you’re missing out.

Yesterday was the best day of our lives because of Zak & the Prep Food Co. catering team. We got so many compliments about every aspect from cocktail hour to the dinner - everything was above and beyond.

Prep food co. is also a staple in our day to day lives - every dish we’ve tried has been an absolute home run. Could not recommend enough.

For lunch sweetie & I shared a Sesame Chicken Wrap - sesame chicken / kimchi fried rice / sesame scallions / kimchi / sriracha garlic aioli & a Kimchi Salad for lunch. Delicious!!! Warmed the wrap in microwave on high for 30 seconds.?

The Food Prep Co. is such an incredible company to work with! I hosted a bachelorette party in the area and the Food Prep Co. catered all of our meals for the weekend. They were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with while planning the menus for the weekend. They were very helpful and accommodating of the groups dietary restrictions, which is so comforting! They took all of the stress out of planning food for our weekend. Their delivery was timely and everything came perfectly prepped and packed with clear instructions. They provided everything we could have possibly needed to enjoy their delicious food. Everything we tried was flavourful, delicious and cooked perfectly but do yourself a favour and get their brisket!! It is quite honestly the best thing I have ever tasted and everyone in the group was going for seconds and thirds. The Food Prep Co. had us fed and happy all weekend. Their pricing is also very reasonable! I wish I lived closer so I could enjoy their food on a regular basis!

Not in the mood to cook or dine out? Consider giving Prep Food a try. They provide delicious chef-prepared food, wraps, salads, and baked goods from Happenstance. Their high-quality 12-minute boil-in-the-bag gourmet pasta, curries, and meats are perfect for stocking up at the cottage or at home. We really enjoy their meals!

I adore Prep Food Co! Their lunch options are absolutely amazing (my personal favourite is the Tuna Poke Bowl!), and the frozen dinner options are so easy to prepare and delicious (so perfect for busy nights)! The staff are wonderful and so friendly. Can't say enough good things about Prep!
