From the moment you arrive you are greeted by the most beautiful building and grounds. Upon opening the front door you become breathless with the spa aroma, the exquisite and detailed decor, the vibe of joy and the anticipation of your spa appointment. The courteous and happy staff greet you and make you feel at home. Being served a complimentary beverage from an Expresso to a Special Coffee, Fancy Tea or Cucumber Water is a small but mighty gesture. You are being pampered.

My facial (Hydralessence) with Pam was incredible! I can’t even explain how amazing I felt under her trained and experienced hands. It was magical and my face felt amazing and looks amazing!

Following that pampering I sat with Lindsay who then highlighted and styled my hair. Lindsay also took the time to understand my needs and my many wishes! I left this hidden gem of a spa with beautiful skin and beautiful hair and a promise to be back again real soon.

I found my happy place.

Huge applause to the owners and their team! They def have the formula for success for not just themselves but for you and I also. You actually come first.

Absolutely beautiful Spa! Had a wonderful afternoon getting massages and facials. Lee and Joanne, you have truly outdone yourselves with this Spa. Our RMT’s and Aestheticians were attentive, kind and provided excellent services. The ambiance, decor and overall feel of the spa makes you feel like you’re escaping reality. Absolutely the best day at a spa. We had a group of 5 getting massages, pedicures, manicures, and facials. We were so pampered, and really treated like royalty from all of the staff. Atmosphere was calm, and inviting. The owner even came out to thank us, and was so kind. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you to everyone at Cavana.

I have been a client for years and no matter how small the service received, have always left feeling amazing. Not just due to a wonderful service but because the entire experience was top notch and made me feel like valued as a client. The staff have always gone over and above to be helpful and are so knowledgeable. Today was no different. I won the Vitamin C Facial at Cavana Ridge's "Glow" Event a few months ago. Sarah did the facial and it was wonderful. Every step was done so professionally and deliberately to feel fantastic. It was so much more than a facial. It was a mini vacation to forget about the stresses of life for a little while. I highly recommend Sarah. I also want to mention Shauna on the front desk. She is so accommodating, friendly and helpful and really made me feel welcome. Thank you ladies!

Absolutely top notch spa! I booked an appointment for my 3 granddaughters and myself for manicures. At the last minute my grandson joined us. The staff treated us all like royalty! My grandson became our official photographer while we were spoiled. Thank you so much Cavana Ridge.

I have sensory issues and Stephanie talked me through my issues. I wish people were as professional as she is. She is my go to. Stephanie makes my pedicure as if it were her pleasure to do the service for me. She’s always positive and friendly. She never forces me to go farther than I’m comfortable with. We had lunch in the outdoor dining room, which was very comfortable and beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious. Two of us had a vegetable chicken wrap, and the other friend a lobster topped avocado toast. The service here is second to none. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage by Mikaela and feel wonderful afterwards. I won't be going to any spa other than this one in the future.
