Last month, my wife and I spent two days at this beautiful hotel, and it was a memorable experience. We stayed in the deluxe studio suite and were very impressed with everything about the room--a very comfortable king bed and fluffy pillows, a small sitting area, the mini kitchen, and a great shower. We also spent time in the patio area with comfortable furniture and "water rocks" that provided very relaxing sounds. It's centrally located and has quick access to all of the great shopping and dining venues downtown. When next in Collingwood, we will definitely stay at the VanderMarck again!!!

Attention to every detail ensured we had a throughly enjoyable stay. It was obvious within the first minutes that our security, comfort and overall satisfaction was taken into account with every detail. From our individual parking spot, quality furniture, mattress, linens, stocked kitchenette, (including the mini fridge/freezer and small appliances) We can't say enough good things but to make this establishment your Collingwood place to stay.

This was our second stay at the VanderMarck Hotel and we’d come back to this historic gem again and again. Beds are really comfortable (although pillows were a tad too soft for me), decor is simple with quality finishings, love the kitchenette, location is within blocks of great restaurants and shopping. Although we didn’t use the in-suite washer/dryer, it’s good to know it’s available for a longer stay. We initially stayed in the lower level suite and most recently we stayed on the second floor. Both suites were consistent in their comfort and quality. We were aware of other guests in the building and didn’t find it disruptive at all. Overall highly recommended - many thanks for the excellent experience.

We stayed in one of the Deluxe Room with access to a balcony. The room was exactly as described - and actually better! Walking distance to restaurants was great. Would book again next time in Collingwood!

Great location in Collingwood - one street away from the main one with shops, bars and restaurants. Walking distance to a supermarket.
The suite was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and plenty of towels and amenities.
It had parking on site and loved the keyless entry to the quite - didn't ever have to worry about forgetting it!
Would recommend.

We always love staying at the Vandermarck when we visit Collingwood. The self check-in is efficient and easy. The rooms offer all necessary amenities and we love to enjoy a drink outside. Best of all is its prime location to downtown- within walking distance to shops , restaurants and the harbour.

Fantastic stay with very responsive hosts. Place was immaculate and everything worked perfectly. Very quiet while also being a block from all the interesting stores and restaurants. I will certainly love to stay here on my next trip to Collingwood!

Great location close to downtown, the waterfront and restaurants, and not far to Blue Mountain village or the Scandinave Spa.
Room layout was nice, comfortable bed, easy check in/out. Would definitely visit again.
