"I celebrated my birthday with dinner here for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience! The dim lighting created an intimate ambiance. With a reservation, the host seated us promptly. We ordered the prime rib bone-in for two ($158), which was incredibly flavorful, although it could have been more tender. The à la carte sides were a highlight: the spinach and garlic were fresh but slightly salty, while the Brussels sprouts were perfectly cooked. The calamari appetizer was delicious. For dessert, we enjoyed the special of the day, bread pudding. The service was truly spectacular! I would definitely return."

I attended a wine and gin tasting event at the Capital Grille with friends.
One complaint I will get out of the way is that some of the wine glasses we had smelled fishy. This is the 2nd time we had that experience so before you take that first pour, give your glass a quick whiff.
Food: I had the NY Strip which I ordered med rare plus. Unfortunately it was slightly over cooked but still a great steak. We also had their grilled lamb chops which were excellent.
Service: Always Excellent-period.
Atmosphere: very classy and comfortable. Classic steakhouse high end restaurant. The bar area is super dark so when you walk in it will take time for your eyes to adjust.

One of my favorite steak houses. Delicious food, generous portions & a very sexy, classy ambiance. Not very kid/toddler friendly (I.e no changing tray in restroom) but otherwise a great experience. Had the crab cake, filet mignon, lobster Mac & Brussel sprouts. It didn’t disappoint.

The service was amazing! Our server Jay went above and beyond what was expected. The onion soup was delicious. The perfect amount of cheese and the perfect saltiness. I ordered the 2 course plat. I had the soup and the beef tenderloin and fries. Delicious. The special dessert of the day was their bourbon bread pudding with butter pecan ice cream. All I can say is Yum!!

Great service, delicious food and drinks. The capital grill cheeseburger was grilled at a perfect medium. My wife's enjoyed her "plate", which comes with a choice of starter and meal. She chose the Clam chowder and Salmon. The signature Doli Martini was ok. Will go more traditional next time. The passion fruit mojito was excellent.

I placed my reservation through OpenTable which was fast and easy. When arriving to Capital Grille they will ask for your reservation or phone number to pull up your profile at the hostess desk. Hospitality definitely goes a long way here. First and foremost there is a Valet in front of the restaurant for those dining only. The mall can be highly congested and someone will smash into your car for a parking so valet is such a convenience ……. Capital Grille has an authentic steakhouse feel with rustic dark rich incandescent lighting. We came on a Saturday for lunch Steve was our server he was very nice. My mango margarita was the smoothest most delicious drink I’ve ever had. The best quality liquor which was tasted in the drink. I really enjoyed your fresh oysters on a half shell, that Mignonette sauce was delectable. My partner had the New England clam chowder, I had the Caesar salad which were both really good. We shared the 14 oz Ribeye perfectly cooked with Mashed potatoes ( Keep in mind it was a dirty mash with lumps and skin which I do not care for but they were tasty. For dessert we had the Cheesecake which was best cheesecake I’ve ever had. The sauce and the berries truly complement the dish. I will most definitely be back..
