This experience was great! Greg, the owner, was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I did the fire and ice combo where the infrared sauna was a 30 minute session followed by a few minutes in the cryo pod. I ended it all with an ion detox foot bath which yielded disgusting but satisfying results. The facility was very clean with eucalyptus towels and waters available. Right now I feel relaxed and much more focused. I’ll be back for sure!!

I recently had a HydroFacial, and I must say it was an incredible experience! Julie was absolutely amazing—her expertise and friendly demeanor made the treatment even more enjoyable. The customer service at the spa was top-notch from start to finish. After the facial, my skin felt incredibly smooth, refreshed, and had a noticeable glow. I highly recommend this treatment for anyone looking to rejuvenate their skin!

I booked the mini spa package to treat myself for my birthday week which included an hour massage, fire and ice, facial and leg compression. Totally worth it! The ladies who did my massage and facial were great and very knowledgeable in their line of work. The facial part included massage on neck/shoulder, face and head so probably next time I will book it separately from a Swedish massage since the massage already covers your neck/shoulder area. But other than that, It surely was a relaxing spa day for me! I will be back to try other services.

My husband and I came in for the leg therapy and infrared sauna. The service was amazing, and highly recommend the detox therapy sessions! Kristy was so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The spa was immaculately clean and quiet with the right music essential for relaxation. Thank you for a great afternoon. We already have services scheduled again for next week.

Really great staff and atmosphere. When I walked in I was welcomed by the owner, who was genuine and professional. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. They truly have a HUGE list of options to chose from with and benefits. I got the massage and IV therapy. What a perfect saturday morning treat for myself! Both services were an hour each which was the right amount of time. I already feel much more hydrated and joyful. The staff make this place above and beyond. Thank you for your services. My husband surprised me with the Fire and Ice package with an upgraded Hydra facial. The staff was nice and answered my questions as a first timer which was greatly appreciated. As for the total experience I LOVED it!!! I would and will definitely be returning!
