We gave this place a try, and we weren't disappointed. We spent 5 days in Canada, and this is the first and only place that provided 5 stars customer service. The food was delicious and fresh as well. We will definitely come back the next time we're near by. Thank you for both the female and male servers, I'm sorry I didn't catch your names, but we visited on Saturday morning 8/24/2024.

The service provided by our waitress was exceptional. The food was great and tasted fresh. Must visit when your in Niagara Falls. Prices are also reasonable. Outdoor seating and nice atmosphere.

Very disappointed! I was there 3 days ago and got my daughter a chicken ceaser wrap, i am so glad that I checked the food prior to giving it to her to eat when we got home because the romaine lettuce was rotten! I wish i looked while there but i wasn't expecting Williams to serve this to their customers, this is something you throw in the garbage! Do better before you get someone seriously ill!

We had enjoyed dinner at a nearby Thai/Vietnamese place and we saw Williams on the way into the parking lot, decided to pop in after dinner to have coffee. Their coffee is excellent and other drinks on the menu, the food choices looked appealing but we just had dinner so we settled for desserts. The cookies are not too sweet but delicious and crunchy. They close at around 8 pm so they were cleaning and getting ready to close but we still got very good service, even with an unfortunate brownout in the area. We’re definitely trying the excellent looking and healthy food on their menu next time around.

I started going to this place last two weeks as I absolutely love their coffee.

Although I didn't purchase any of their delicious soups or sandwiches yet , I have tried their birthday cake slice and to die for cheese croissant? I ate it so quick before u took the photo ?

Great atmosphere as it's usually busy and it has lots of seating inside. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.?

Lots of parking as this is inside a plaza and it also has a large patio outside.
