This was my first time attending this spa, or any spa for that matter! I had a lovely experience overall, however there were definitely some flaws. During my time in the Hot Tub/Pool/Sauna area, I loved the size, cleanliness, and temperature of the pool. However, the hot tub was really small and poorly made. Thankfully I was able to mostly be in there myself, because even with only one other person in there with me, it was tight enough to feel uncomfortable sharing. Only maybe 4 of the jets worked, and some were falling off. It was also below 100c and the standard is 103-104c. The sauna was nice and hot, but again I would have felt uncomfortable with more than one other person in there with me. The water provided wasn’t cold, and as more guests came in, they didn’t have any more clean cups readily available. The massage felt nice, but the pressure could have been much more firm and I was only asked once regarding the pressure near the very beginning. When I was on my stomach I was comfortable, but once on my back they forgot to reposition the pillow for my legs, so instead of it being under my knees for support, it was under my feet, which left my knees sore even two days later I’m in pain. I also want to mention that the room only fit the bed and it even had to be placed diagonally. The person doing the massage could barely even fit, so that really ruined the ambience. The head massage couldn’t have been longer than 10 minutes, so I was expecting more for that. The facial was nice, but there was one step where I found that whatever brush-like tool they were using, smelt really dirty. My face left glowing so I was really excited, but now I’m breaking out the next day. The locker room was nice but the shower curtains were fabric without a plastic liner, so everything outside the stall was soaking wet. The music was actually the worst part of the entire experience because how am I supposed to feel relaxed when they’re playing “Old Town Road” the piano version while I’m getting a massage? They played strictly popular songs but as piano instrumental versions and it ruined the whole vibe. I also had to wait like 20 minutes between services because they were running behind. I feel like it’s crazy to ask people to bring their own towels or have to pay $5/towel, I’m paying so much to be there that the towels should be free. I give 3 stars because despite the flaws, I did enjoy myself and I didn’t regret the experience. However, I also feel like to be paying that much, you should also receive even just ONE thing complementary for it to truly feel luxurious. For example, a complementary refreshment, or goodie bag of simple items for self care to take home with you, or even a discount card as a thank you to return next time with… anyways! Still a nice experience, but should I book again I would only book the pass to the pool area. Overall, I found it clean, and I enjoyed it!

I went to the spa for a Hydra Meditation class and I was very impressed with the facility. The change rooms were clean and the pool area was clean and perfect for relaxing.

I look forward to going back and exploring more services and using that hot tub again!

We had a beautiful day at the spa for a bridal shower. Staff were so kind and helpful. They were totally accommodating to our large group, our set up and even helped us to clean everything up. It certainly was a touch of heaven.

Such an amazing experience, very nice facility, with extremely friendly safe. I got a massage from Nikki, definitely the best massage I've ever had hands down. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Yes it is on phase one of there experience it has so much potential to grow ... my experience was so relaxing from sauna to the salt water pool ... but my masage and facial was over the top amazing .thank you for a great day

Just spent a night in the zen retreat room with my girlfriend and loved the time we spent there! The atmosphere was super relaxing and especially loved the entire experience of the hot stone massage, especially the super sociable and friendly staff!
The breakfast in the morning was also especially delicious!
Defiantly something we will be doing together again!
