We came back after more than an hour just for this, but it was really disappointing. The chaoshou tasted like boiled wontons that hadn’t been drained properly, with just some chili sauce thrown on. The noodles were hard and oddly sweet. For a noodle place, it’s surprising how badly the noodles were made.

Ordered the shrimp fried noodles with sliced (wide) noodles. Delicious with some of the chilli oil condiment added. Fast, friendly service. Very clean.

The Missus and I were passing thru Chilliwack and were surprised to see an authentic Asian noodle eatery, the NoodleMan. The premise was very clean and service was prompt and attentive. We had the Beef Brisket Noodle Soup and the Ground Pork Sauce Noodle. The soup was pretty tasty and the Missus needed help with her noodle dish as it was a touch spicy hot for her. We were surprised the tea served was charged and not complimentary. However the food is decent if in the area.

It was so good I praised Jesus when I ate their noodle soup!! I’m not even kidding. Best take-out soup I’ve ever had! Everything in the “Beef brisket noodle soup” and the “Handmade Wonton & Noodle with chicken” was done perfectly. I love soup for the broth and meat, I never thought twice about the noodles… until now! Their noddles are the best I’ve ever had. I put the left over broth in the fridge and when I took it out the next day the broth was a gelatine. Which is a very good sign and shows that Noodle Man doesn’t water down their broth. This place is my new favourite place to eat!! Thank you Noodle Man, the best meal I’ve had in a long time!! Your about to know me by name.

So disappointed. We order from here often, but won’t be back! We ordered the beef curry which is always amazing, it was absolutely awful! The beef (if u wanna call it that) was so chewy, but it didn’t even look like beef it’s was NOT brown! The sauce was good but no where near as good as it usually is…. And we ordered the pork belly noodles, was pretty hard to find the pork belly I picked it out and it the pic u will see how much pork we got for 15$ wow! The noodles tasted like spaghetti.

Anyway shame cuz we used to love this place, but I guess now u have ur clientele it’s time to cut corners! Well u won’t be cutting corners with us anymore! Ppl u want good Chinese food go to Abbotsford jasmine garden mmmm!

We had our lunar new year celebration here and had a table of 11. We left fully satisfied with the sumptuous food. Not heavy on the gravy and we could taste the flavor in every dish. We had 9 dishes. It is family owned and they were friendly n approachable. All my friends left singing praises.

I took the kids to the Cultus Lake Adventure Park today and found this restaurant online. We ordered knife-cut noodles, Lanzhou ramen, and red oil wonton. They tasted very good. When we left, we also packed up milk tea, egg fried rice, fried noodles, and soul-stirring noodles. As a Sichuanese, I was so happy to be able to eat noodles of this flavor here!

Good hand pulled noodles. Have tried a couple of their noodle dishes and both were tasty! The pork belly and green beans (~$15) dish is my favourite however. Great portions of noodles and meat!the sauce was delicious. Not sure if it’s cause I’ve only done takeout but both times I had the sliced noodles they were a bit over cooked and didn’t have that bit of a bite/chew. I’ve also had their beef pancake (~$10) which had tender cuts of beef in it. Overall, great local place to try out if you like freshly made food. Can’t wait to try their other dishes.
