Requested room was already in use. Tried to upsell us to a family room at higher price. Refused to cancel and give a refund after stating he would. Never showed up on site. Only contact was by phone. Our advise is to stay clear. Was booked online same day as arrival.

Our team have been regularly booking at this location over the last several months. The hosts are always a pleasure to deal with, and are VERY, VERY prompt with their communications and replies to any queries we may have. Very impressive! The place is huge! A gorgeous, comfortable interior with a LARGE shared kitchen area, and a large communal area. Our stats have always been smooth and peaceful. The rooms are MUCH to our liking and have been more than spacious enough. Some of the bath and shower set ups in some of the rooms we have experienced are also on point!

We would like to thank the hosts for their continued consistency, kindness, and hard work in creating a space and environment as comfortable as this, through all our stays to date. We will again be booking real soon with you!

Aaron's Sweet Home wasn't so sweet for us. We booked online based on photos and descriptions that in reality didn't match what we got. We HAD to take shoes off in the foyer, and then had to walk down uncarpeted stairs to get to our basement room with our heavy luggage - a bit scary! We were given a room with a huge projection TV that only worked with phone apps (which for us didn't work in Canada, since we're from the US) and this TV wouldn't have worked anyway, since the lens was not clear and was projected onto a gray wall, making it washed out and impossible to see and completely unusable. So, we thought maybe we'd watch TV in the lounge area, but there was no TV there. We brought take-out dinner with us, after a long day of traveling - looking forward to getting comfy and eating in, using utensils from the "fully equipped kitchen" - but we could only find one spoon (!) in the huge kitchen, so we took turns sharing the spoon to cut and eat our dinner. Additionally, I needed to reheat my food in the microwave in the kitchen, since there was no microwave in the room, and it was absolutely DISGUSTING with food spatter from other guests. There were signs hanging everywhere in the kitchen to "clean up after yourself" but clearly no one there was doing that. Our toilet seat was broken and so was our basement-room window screen, allowing bugs into the room. There were no lamps next to the bed, so one of us had to walk across the room to turn off the harsh overhead ceiling lights to go to sleep - ridiculous! Our room was large and clean, but the other issues ruined our 2-night visit. We were sure to have a long day AWAY from the room the following day and to eat dinner before arriving that 2nd night. Perhaps other rooms are more like the ones pictured on the website, but ours was not what we expected.

The house and room were very spacious and comfortable. Despite there being other guests in the house it was still quiet and peaceful and the location was close to where I needed to be. Also, the host was very accommodating and quick to answer my messages.

Upon the entrance there was lots of room for parking. Great advice not to park anywhere else or we could get towed. First impression this place is classy, well laid out in modern contemporary colors, fixtures, lighting and furnishings. Made you feel special. The walk up the glass railed stairs into the swanky bedroom - gave you a feeling of importance. The oversized bedroom and en-suite made sure the trappings here were second to none. The oversized jetted tub was an added bonus. Highly recommended for honeymoon getaway. Stand up shower with overhead and body spray felt invigorating that you would never want to leave the shower to use the double vanity. Everything in this room is too notch - felt like royalty. The entire house from the kitchen and living room to the bed makes your trip worthwhile. You will not get anywhere close to this type of comfort for this price in a hotel room. Highly recommend.

The room that we stayed in need some sort of ventilation. It was a basement room. We tried opening the windows but it was dead locked. There was no fan nor any AC in the room. The wifi signal.on the room is very poor. You can get any signal unless you stand next to the room door. The TV cannot connect to the internet properly because of poor signal. I had to create a mobile Hotspot on my phone and share my internet. The TV batteries went dead on the second night. I purchase new TV batteries. The bed was so hard. Maybe the cushion is worn put. Back pains. Aaron was kind enough to lend us a steaming iron. The water in the iron was dirty. There was no clothes iron board to press our clothes.
