😢: Je n'ai pas hébergé à cet endroit car je croyais que c'était un appartement et non une maison qui partage des chambres !!! J'ai tout de même payé le montant total à cause de la mauvaise pub..

😊: La habitación era muy amplia, con un vestidor cómodo y un baño de buen tamaño. La calefacción te permite descansar perfecto. La cocina compartida es muy útil. Nos pareció muy amable la persona que nos recibió!.
😢: La habitación tenía bastantes telas de araña, los cajones para guardar ropa tenían polvo e incluso vimos un pasaje de avión de otro huésped debajo de la cómoda. En 5 noches no pasaron por nuestra habitación para realizar limpieza ni retirar residuos, no nos informaron si había algún procedimiento..

😢: Washroom is tiny, barely fit on toilet hitting vanity, needs an update as everything is older and it shows a bit. Not dirty at all, just a bit tatty.

😢: Nothing much except the tv didn't work and there was an outside security light went on and off all night.

This is a four bedroom boarding house, where each bedroom has its own small bathroom. Each room is rented individually. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, the house has a decent sized living room, dining room and kitchen. Everything is relatively clean and the kitchen is nicely appointed. Though there are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood, if you choose, you can cook your own meals. The owner is very nice and lives across the street in a condo development. Each room has a large television. Our bed was mostly comfortable though only queen beds are available. All in all, this place was great for us as we brought our dog to this pet friendly facility. During our stay, there was one other couple staying in another room. This facility is not large and you have to hope that the other guests are considerate from a noise and cleanliness standpoint. We had no issues with the other couple, and enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, comfortable, quiet and inviting. Allison the owner was great. However the TV was very important to my guest and it only offered a non functioning Netflix. This is the only reason I would not book there again. If owners would simply take the extra step to get cable it would be the best deal in the area by far! Some solo guests like the news &/or TV in evenings to relax.

The house is very comfortable with a large living room, large dining room and kitchen with an open concept. Our bedroom is a decent size with a queen bed, nice furniture and a large TV. The bathroom is small, but clean and manageable. The owner lives across the street in a condo development, so the house is only for guests. The kitchen is well furnished. Coffee is provided. You’ll need to provide all other foods. We are here with no other guests - so we have the place to ourselves. I would say, however, that if there were other guests, we would hope they would be considerate, as the bedrooms are close to each other and the doors are not soundproofed.
