La chambre était très nouvelle. On avait eu un très bon Prix, et on pensait que Notre expérience à ce four points a excédé la valeur de ce qu'on a payé. Très bien, je te recommande.

Nice clean hotel with free parking and within walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Staff at the hotel restaurant were extremely friendly and showed us around the buffet and got us Togo boxes since we were in a hurry. They had scrambled and boiled eggs and in addition they could make any other kind of eggs on order. They also had the usual bacon, sausage potatoes, and continental stuff. ||The room was clean and housekeeping was effecient.||Platinum status got us a thank you during checkin and the 2 passes for breakfast. Wouldn't provide passes for the kids which some other marriots have done. It was $18 each if we chose to pay for breakfast. No upgrade either even though they had suites available.

The hotel is conveniently located in Surrey BC close to all the restaurants, shopping and convenience stores. I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights in Feb 2025. There was a lot of construction happening in the hotel and it was almost impossible to sleep in the room during the day as I was out sick. I did let the front office know and they were happy to address this. However, the hotel did not compensate me in any way for the inconvenience especially as I am a Lifetime Titanium Elite and neither was there any information pertaining to the construction on their website a Marriott norm. The restaurant had limited breakfast choices especially for vegans. Something that the hotel should try and address.

Stayed here during a hockey tournament weekend.|I have only positive things to say - it was clean, the beds were comfortable, quick check-in and worry-free check-out, the housekeeping services were awesome, and above all the front desk service was brilliant. All personnel were hospitable and kind, yet I wish to give a huge shoutout to the two ladies at the from-desk on this weekend - Blanca and Priscilla.

I stayed here for two days and it was an exceptional experience, you have lots of amenities that many hotels don't offer. Starting from the 5-star service the minute you enter the hotel, 24/7 Gym, hot tub (06:00 to 22:00) a beautiful lounge with comfy sofas, and the hotel is close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Now for the hygiene and cleanliness the minutes you enter the hotel, it smells like a field of flowers with beautiful scents everywhere. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and organized to the highest class also smelling great close to (fresh linen by febreeze) so that you know what I'm talking about haha. Overall a great choice and definitely don't hesitate to book!

This was a great stop for the start to our trip. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was in excellent condition. The dining area was clean and the food was very good. Due to a long day we decided to eat supper there and the meal was perfect. We had the free breakfast the next day before checking-out and it was also perfect. The area around the hotel had a neighborhood feel to it but was also very close to any business you might be looking for.

Four points hotel right off the highway in Surrey, quick and easy check in, rooms where clean small amount of sound transfer from the hallway. Decent options for breakfast.
