I was there for a Conference. Food served was very good and the selection of items was nice. Choice of drinks lacked variety, coffee, tea or water.

Presentation rooms were good with comfortable chairs. Parking is plentiful, free too!!

Reviewing their Posters, ouch!! Those events are extremely pricey. Maybe it'll be good but I'm not going to pay that to find out.

My partner & I stayed at the hotel May 10th
He was live painting in the ballroom. The food was AMAZING!
Deserts phenomenal & the staff are so accommodating.
On a side note I needed a safety pin for my dress and they had one in the hotel room in the sewing kits provided! Another happy experience was the friendly gentleman at the front desk, i asked if he happened to have any disposable cutlery for my take-out and he also offered for me to use their microwave 🤍 I so appreciate it! You made such an impression.
The rooms were so clean, light & airy.
We have been on the road & staying in darker hotels, this was bright, light & fresh, a perfect end to our trip. Thanks for such a wonderful stay. It’s the small things like safety pins & great customer service that make a huge difference. Thank you

Really enjoy saving with the rewards card.
Always friendly front staff and rooms are always clean.
Having restaurants attached is fantastic. No Cabs required.
The casino was great fun and service is perfect.
Stayed only one night for work and saw the cleaning staff close to my room and they all had smiles and greeting me.

This rating is too much for this hotel. Too bad it is not possible to give them a negative rating.
Staff is horrendous. Impolite and unprofessional, this includes the front desk and the housekeeping team. Attached are the pictures of how our room was left after housekeeping services were done. They insisted on leaving only half a toilet paper roll each day and got upset if you requested more. When shown pictures , I was confronted by the housekeeping person and told that I was lying! Front desk lady just looked on like it's an everyday affair!
Rooms do not include breakfast - only a 10% discount voucher for breakfast.
Breakfast is overpriced, and service is slow, however, with a smile.
Atlus stake house at this location is far inferior than the Delta/Burnaby location. Received burnt stake when asked for med and charcoal chicken. Drinks were their good point , however.
Overall, it was a nasty experience, and we left 2 days early. Never going back! This hotel should get a totally new front management and work crew who understand the "customer service".

Our end of hall King bed room was excellent, clean, quiet, nice sized, decent mattress (slightly soft for our like), and a nicely lit bathroom. Only small negative would be the placement of the TV next to the closet but in that room, that was the only option with the amount of windows, but really, who is coming to watch TV w/a casino downstairs.
We enjoyed a quick breakfast in the lobby located breakfast cafe.

We stayed here for our wedding we had in Langley (along with our families & friends) and it was okay.

When we booked the rooms, the lady we dealt with was fantastic and very nice but when we called a few days before our check-in date to just confirm the rooms, the lady we talked to on that day messed up on the amount of rooms so we politely corrected her and she got rude and hung up before we could say thank you.

The day we checked in, we got a lot of attitude from the front desk lady that helped us. We got to our room and there was one water bottle that had already been open and drank from which was very unpleasant to see. We were also travelling with our baby and my mom who also stayed at the hotel watched him for a night and asked the front desk if she could use a kettle in her room for his formula (Which at other hotels, we’ve been allowed one) And she was told that they couldn’t give her one which I found very odd.

Also, our other friends were trying to check in by themselves and they were trying to tell them a different price for the room than what they told us and when we checked in, We were under the impression that we were going to pay for all of the rooms that we had booked for other people, but they were demanding payment from him when he tried to check into his room and they never told us that we weren’t paying for those rooms.

It was a great spot to book for convenience but I don’t know if I would suggest staying here with your kids or as a group

I was very impressed with the hotel. I stayed for two nights. Room was clean and quiet, you would never know it was attached to a casino. This is now my new home base when I am in the area.
