My son and I were down in the lower mainland for a tournament with his team. Most of our team stayed at this hotel. Was a great experience. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were big and clean. Pool and hot tub were open. Great value for cost. If/when we come back, we will highly motivated to use this hotel again!

Great visit. Kids loved the bunk beds and pool.
Definitely a clean cozy stay for us. Roselle was a great help at the front desk.
I didn't realize the Moxie's attached served breakfast but was a nice addition to get the kids fed nice and easy.
Bonus points for having a craft brewery in the adjacent parking lot.
Will stay here again for sure!!

This hotel is filthy. The rooms are outdated and dirty. We had a suite and regular room. The suite cutlery was dirty, there was also only one fork. The bathroom has rotting wood, tile mold and rust on the light fixtures. The doors are filthy with hand prints, counters left with gross film. I will never stay here again. The landing outside our window is full of garbage and rotten clothing. I cleaned the suite myself and after showing photos and complaining the front desk, they didn’t offer any discount on rooms. Only an apology. We’re booked here the following week as well for a horse show and I’ve cancelled and booked elsewhere.
Clean your rooms Sandman and make some upgrades for the prices you charge.

My employer booked my stay here for almost 2 weeks for training courses in Maple Ridge. Staff were friendly upon arrival and checkout, room was clean and kept up upon request. I had a fully equipped kitchen so I was able to cook my own meals which was a nice touch. The Moxies downstairs was fantastic, and the Dead Frog Brewery next door was also a good option. A bit of highway noise(Hwy 1 runs nearby and my window faced the on ramp) but it didn’t bother me very much. Good, fresh, hot coffee and tea was available every morning for my commute. Hot tub and pool was nice to relax in after physical training. Overall it was a great experience!

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. While I understand that housekeeping is by request only, it is generally expected for hotel guests to find their accommodations clean upon arrival.|that simple was not the case.|Specifically, I noticed the following issues:||Dirty footprints on the roof above the bunk beds|Filth on the exterior and interior of the bathroom door|A thick brown substance on the bedroom walls|A dirty bathroom|A wet/grease mark on the headboard|Thick dust and dirt on the windowsill|dirty floors|spilled food / drink|These conditions are not acceptable by any standard and left us feeling uncomfortable and disgusted during our stay. Due to the hectic nature of our trip, we did not have the opportunity to request a room change, and I am concerned that other rooms may be in similar condition.

Shaey the wonderful night audit gentlemen is so helpful during our long term stay. He went above and beyond to help us locate our lost mail. He’s always super happy and willing to help. Excellent customer service skills. I highly recommended staying at the sandman signature Langley Hotel. Not only Shaey but the rest of the staff is super helpful and amazing but Shaey stood out from the rest of staff and will make your stay more comfortable and will help out in any way.

The first room we were given stunk of pesticide or chemicals, we asked for a different room which was adequate however not very clean and quite worn. On a two day stay there was no cleaning, bed making or refreshing of the room, we had to call down for toilet paper (half a small roll for two days and two people?) and additional towels, leaving we left a note regarding a sink that barely drained. For $250+/ night something other than just a room and coffee available first thing in the morning should be offered. Additionally the bar fridge barely kept anything cold and the pool wasn't available for use.

I checked in late after a long flight and travel to find out my company messed up my reservation. While that’s not the hotels fault, the man assisting me at the front desk could not be bothered to help me. To the point where when my taxi driver ran in to give me an additional receipt he said “she’ll be leaving you should wait” before he had even checked if they had a single room for the night. He was rude through the entire process and acted like I was putting him out just to try and book me in so I had somewhere to stay for at least tonight while I contacted my company in the morning. The room is fine but overall his attitude turned me off to the entire place and I would likely never come here again.
