Fair, personable, helpful, without being over bearing. Other tenants staying here were also very polite and also very helpful. I would recommend this place. The cost per night and the damage deposit is also very reasonable, play I would recommend this hotel again to somebody who's looking for not only a good rate for good service

I stayed there with my girlfriend long term and it’s the worst place you could ever imagine the last thing I want to do is knock anyone’s business by writing a bad review and have never taken to the level of being open to the public to view but I strongly believe something has to be done about this place and I’m going to 110% be reporting this place because it’s a major health hazard and I guarantee it’s not to code for the motel industry, ultimately not recommended.

I remember talking to some people who needed a place.
And they were homeless and this lady here charged them around two thousand dollars for one room. The man had terrible health problems and he was on the street Holding up a sign.
It was terrible He said that he had to fork out his own money to kill the bed bugs because she wouldn't pay for the bed bugs.I think the guy got 2 sick.And I think they had to move out he had cancer.Or something like that I can't remember , but can you imagine.
I've heard other people say that they take advantage of the homeless or the poor and just make it so difficult for them.And it's a filthy establishment.I don't know why they just don't shut this place down

This lady provides hell before you even die cause if you're thinking of booking here you sure ain't entering heaven . Stinks like pee and sewage and the smell pierces your nose the moment you wake up . I'd prefer to be homeless the owners should be ashamed of themselves as humans, if that's what they call themselves ......

No stars for this place. The woman that's is running this place should be put behind bars !!!!! She is taking money from people that have the street as there only other choice. To me the street would be so much better at least you won't get ripped off there or get lice. . The lady always keeps ur damage even if u spend 6 hrs cleaning the dump so u can at least feel comfortable sitting in there. U won't get any sleep because u would have some junkie knocking on your door looking to see what u have in there., so when u leave they can take it. If the owner dosnt take it first. The lady gives u a non smoking room with burn marks clearly from cigarettes all over the place. It smells so bad. Any normal person could not handle this environment. U can get a room for cheaper at the travellodge or a airb n b. I beg u not to go there save ur money ! Buy a tent if u have to way better.

The only reason I gave one star, is because there wasn’t an option for 0 stars, my reason being because in my duration of this stay, my window was completely broken and didn’t have a screen ( keep in mind it’s not the greatest part of town ) I was could here lots going on around me and I was scared to the point that I pushed my dresser in front of the door to prevent my room getting robbed ( as it has happened in that hotel / area) another thing that was terrible about this place was the fact that there were bugs crawling all over the place, the fridge, counters, beds, bathroom etc, just GROSS, then there’s the little things that were still frustrating like disrespectful stuff ( named Inder Harjeet more specifically), the tv didn’t work while the ac was on so it was one or the other, the entire place had a smell of old rotting wood and rotten eggs, 0/5 do not recommend this place for anyone !

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The woman in the office is extremely rude and does not need to be working out in the public. She charged a useless $50 deposit, on top of the ridiculously overpriced $95 room. We entered our dingy room to find that the sheets and towels were stained and smelled horribly. It seemed as if nothing in the room had ever been washed. The other guests in the motel seemed to be long-term tenants that were on drugs. Feeling uncomfortable, we went down to the office to return the room and to find a different hotel to stay in, and the lady in the office had the audacity to tell us some unbelievable lie that she couldn't give us our money back and that she had never given a refund once the keys have been handed out. We pleaded and pleaded but she would not give us our money back. Is this how you treat your customers? She took complete advantage of us because we were younger (in our early 20s), and knowing that we couldn't do anything, we had no choice but to stay in the disgusting room we paid for. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a motel/hotel; we were taken complete advantage of. I would rather sleep in a car than this horrible place. Do not stay here.

Our usual hotel was booked up but saw this one right down the street. The lady was very nice at check-in but after being in the room for 5 minutes we had fleas all over us. We went to the office to inform the owner. She took my receipt and said since we went in the room it would not refund our money. We will refer to our credit card company to dispute the charge. There are decent hotels within a mile or so, choose another one
