Checkout staff at this location are so friendly and helpful. The floral section staff go beyond and help you get what you need. Deli staff are very responsive to platter orders and great for giving options!

I find the quality & freshness of products seems to be on the decline....things that I used to purchase regularly (eg: fresh made deli dips, etc) now seem to be water logged , unappealing & packaged somewhere offsite? Its a shame, it was the only place I shopped, now I find I'm at SaveOn more & more. I thought maybe it was a change across the chain, but Safeway in Smithera is STELLAR...so much fresh selection in every department....just dont see it here. Terrace Safeway, can you be more like Smithers again? I''d come back!

Me and my husband had a worst experience with one of your cashiers, she is not even considered us as a customer and her behaviour was very rude towards us. We are not mentioning her name on it because she is looking most senior person there. Kindly give a proper training to her that how to talk and handle with their customers.

Store needs a makeover and the employer needs to start paying more than minimum wage if only to keep the place staffed. Prices at Safeway are higher than other options so customer service and quality must shine and a lack of staff is a lack of service. Also, I preferred Safeway over the other local shopping because they offered a Veteran parking spot. That has now disappeared so may have to start shopping elsewhere. I will add the pharmacy staff are awesome.
