Beautiful scenery and serene space. Robin was so welcoming. I enjoyed some herbal tea while we discussed my history and needs as far as treatments and areas of focus. Great communication, comfortable setting and calming music. I have been receiving massage therapy treatments for the past 30 years for varying injures and chronic pain issues. Robin proved herself extremely knowledgeable and sensitive to the needs of her patients all with a kind word and a smile. I fully enjoyed my treatment and felt fantastic afterwards! I will be back for certain!

Booked a couples massage for my boyfriend’s birthday. We both did a 60-minute aromatic massage. I was with Jessica and he was with Chris. The experience was amazing from beginning to end. When we checked in we had a small consultation with each of them to review what our goals were for the massage and go over relaxing essential oil selections. The room was very clean and relaxing with a nice warm fireplace. Definitely recommend this place!!

I had two 90 minute appointments with Robin Lapointe over two days at By the Sea. The suites they utilize to meet their customers in is quiet, welcoming and very relaxing. Booking was easy through the app they utilize, receipts were provided digitally, and everything was smooth and straightforward. Parking was simple, signs on where to go are very noticeable, and their location is very private.

Overall, Robin was very knowledgeable, listened to the concerns I had regarding previous injuries and work I wanted done on those injuries, and was very communicative over what she was doing, asking about applying more or less pressure, and ensuring that my well-being was paramount. On top of this, Robin herself is very open and kind, she’s easy to talk to, and you know within a few minutes of meeting her that she will take care of you. It is clear that she has a passion for what she does, and it is comforting to be able to trust someone who will take care around sensitive injury sites.

I would be back, I’d recommend By the Sea to anyone, and I would also highly suggest that if she’s available, you seek out Robin as the one to assist you with your massage. Excellent work, thank you Robin!
