Nicola is very friendly and maintains a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was offered tea when I arrived and felt very comfortable during the appointment. I found her functional health assessment very enlightening. Her knowledge and understanding of how the body works and how she was able to explain various functions and interactions in the body were extremely helpful. She was able to accurately point out areas that could use improvement in a kind and helpful manner. I would highly recommend Nicola to anyone seeking to optimize their health!
