We had a fantastic stay here! The amenities were top-notch and really made the experience more convenient and enjoyable. The property had everything we needed, from a washer and dryer to ice and even some mini groceries, which was a nice touch. The washrooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. The cabin were amazing, and the RV parking lot was spacious and well-organized, making it a great option for those with larger vehicles. Overall, we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.

We had an amazing stay at Tsawaak Campground during our family trip to Tofino! We booked one of the log cabins, and it was the perfect blend of comfort and rustic charm. The cabin was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed—cozy beds, a great little kitchenette, and a beautiful deck surrounded by trees. It felt private, peaceful, and very much connected to the natural beauty of the area. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything.

This was the perfect base for our Tofino adventure, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend Tsawaak if you’re looking for a quiet, family-friendly, and well-run place to stay!

I've been living in Tofino for weeks at a time while I work on a project. Staying at Tsawaak in one of their cabins has been a very good experience.
It's close to everything I need, the staff are friendly and helpful (thanks for everything Jack!) the site and cabin are secure and private, and the amenities building is kept clean and well-maintained. Having laundry facilities is a must have for my long term stay, and it's been great.
Very glad to have found Tsawaak!

We stayed at the Tsawaak RV Resort in Tofino, BC for 6 days in June, 2025. We thoroughly enjoyed the RV site. It was modern, new, clean and professionally run. The drive through site we had was big enough for our motorhome and car and each site was spacious enough so you didn’t feel like you were camped on top of your neighbour. There was a gift shop that had a small local coffee shop in it and local First Nations artwork for sale at an affordable price. The washrooms were free, new, modern and very clean. The laundry room was also modern, new and affordable. They were cleaned on a daily basis. McKenzie Beach was a 5 minute walk from the RV site and free. The other beaches have a Parks Canada fee attached to them. The RV site was 5 minutes away from downtown Tofino by car. The free WIFI was great bandwidth wise. There is a host of options for staying there like longhouse cabins and tenting sites. Brown's Social House restaurant is on the route to the beach, a 5 minute walk. We have stayed at a lot of RV parks on our travels to the East Coast, the Yukon and Washington and Oregon State and the Tsawaak RV Resort was one of the top three sites in our experience. We wouldn’t book anywhere else when we next return.

We had our stay at this place. One of the cute cabins and has mostly all facilities. The small refrigerator with freezer. The place has own wifi. The washrooms are clean though its not attached to the rooms but have in common area which is not far just few steps away. It is close to beach. Just walk 5 min and make u reach to the beach. Nice place to stay with family even with small kids.

We stayed 8 nights here in July of 2024 with friends and had a great time. Great location to everything, walking distance to the beach. It's a new resort with extremely clean restrooms and laundry facilities. Only negatives I have is the ridiculous price they charge for firewood ( buy some before you get here). The hook ups in the site are located awkwardly, requiring me to buy a sewer hose extension. Also being a new RV resort the trees between the spaces are newly planted which gives little privacy. We would stay here again.

Perfect location (close to everything you need) but with enough distance to allow for tranquility.

Log cabins are glamping perfect. Comfortable bed, enough distance between cabins to be extremely quiet.

MacKenzie beach is a two or three minute stroll and the service couldn't be better or more friendly. Great free wifi too and Tacofino, Tofino Brewing and bike rentals are an easy walk as well as Browns Social House which is adjacent to the site.

If this wasn't my first visit to Tofino I think I'd have been quite content staying within a 500m radius of the site.

Two minor niggles: 1. When the baseboard heater kicks into operation the heat causes the blind above it to flap around and as the cabin is otherwise silent it's a bit distracting (if there was a receptacle or hook for the blind that would address it. And 2. A couple of open shelves would be really appreciated as there are no surfaces other than the bedside tables and it means living out of a suitcase (or in my case a soft bag) and it would be much easier to be able to have my unworn clothes readily accessible). Both these are minor issues and in no way detract from a 5 star rating but they're probably easy to address and wouldn't change the clean, uncluttered interior.

Definitely worth a return visit and thanks to BC Ferries for featuring the resort as I probably wouldn't have considered them otherwise and that would have been a real shame.

2025 update: I've booked my next trip for September 2025.

Very clean, well maintained. great location. Nice staff. We stayed 2 nights in RV area. Path to ocean is close by and if you don't want to cook, 5 minutes to the Best Western hotel next to RV park (Brown's restaurant at hotel).
