The Seafarers Bed and Breakfast in Tofino is an absolute gem! Maria, the host, makes the stay an unforgettable experience. She is warm, flexible, and takes care of her guests with such genuine kindness. The rooms are beautifully decorated with such attention to detail that you feel at home the moment you step in. The breakfast is simply fantastic – fresh, homemade, and prepared with so much love.

The property itself is gorgeous and perfectly located, just a short walk from the beach and Tofino's best attractions. For anyone looking for a personal, charming place to stay with a welcoming atmosphere, Seafarers Bed and Breakfast is ideal. It truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Three marvelous days we stayed in this cosy and lovely B&B amongst the trees and next to the beach. Variations of the breakfast every day, freshly cooked and will will keep you going all day. Helpful and kind host. Room and bathroom very generous and lovely decorated.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Everything worked as it should, and the location is great. It's right opposite the entrance to the beach and close to Tofino.|When we made our reservation, we informed Maria that we did not eat meat and one of us was vegan, and she said this would not be a problem. It was acknowledged in writing on our confirmation email. However, after our arrival, she asked what we wanted for breakfast and had not remembered our request. She seemed to be unable to understand and was confused that we didn’t want bacon (!). We reluctantly accepted eggs benedict for breakfast, (not vegan!) as it came with fruit and pastries. Then, on day 2, we were informed that pancakes were for breakfast (again, not vegan). The plates showed up along with sausages. We explained again that we did not eat meat, but it spoiled our breakfast.||I really don’t understand why people working in the hospitality industry (for more than 20 years in this case) are unable to understand what "vegan" means. It's your job, so please find out! |If you are unwilling to meet our needs, please say it when we make our reservation and we can go elsewhere. If you really don't understand our requirement, please ask for clarification from your customer and we can explain.|It is the 21st century, and many of your customers prefer not to eat meat. It's not a strange request and will only become more common in the future.||This problem overshadowed what would otherwise have been a lovely short break at a very nice location.

This is a wonderful place to stay whilst exploring the local area. And it's probably the best B&B that I've ever stayed in. Maria greeted us with a beautiful smile. The room decor was tasteful and colourful, it was spacious, beds were large and super comfy and the bathroom had a jacuzzi!. I wasn't expecting that!! ||Not quite sure how to describe the amazing breakfasts that Maria provided. They were ABUNDANT to say the least. Something different every morning, lovingly cooked and presented. ||The B&B is directly opposite the north end of Chesterman Beach - literally a couple of minutes walk away. And what a beautiful beach it is. ||If you want some fine, high end dining whilst you're staying there, The Pointe Restaurant at the Wickinninish Inn is just around the corner. ||I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Just lovely!

The room and location were great. Clean, comfortable and everything worked.
However, they were unable to provide us with a plant-based breakfast even though we had requested it when we booked several weeks earlier. It spoiled our stay, which is unfortunate because everything else was good.

People working in the hospitality industry should know how to cater for customers who don't eat meat, eggs, dairy products, or have other requirements (such as gluten-free, peanut free, kosher, muslim, or other restrictions/allergies, etc.). If you can't or prefer not to meet these needs, please let us know at the time of booking so we can go elsewhere.
It's not difficult and it's not uncommon.

Best B&B I have ever stayed at! The rooms were amazing - we booked the Santa Fe and the Portside. They were both spacious and perfectly clean. The bathrooms had a big bathtub with jets, which was an added bonus. The beds were comfortable and the rooms themselves were beautifully decorated.||||The breakfats was out of this world! Maria made the most delicious meals, always accompanied by fresh pastries and fruit salad. She was so kind.||||Overall, a great stay located near the beach and not too far from downtown Tofino. Hope to stay here again soon!

Stay here recently and was very pleased, the room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, nice big bathroom with a huge jacuzzi. Lots of windows to hear the ocean waves and the birds. Just a short walk to the famous Wickannish Inn. Maria was so accommodating with my dietary needs the breakfasts were amazing, delicious lots of food. We never left the table hungry that’s for sure! The best part of our trip was the beach is literally across the road. We were lucky enough to have a clear evening fro watch the sun set over the ocean, beautiful. This is a must and the Seafarer B & B is definitely the place to stay.

Perfect location, across the street from Chesterman Beach. Far better than Long Beach in my opinion. Amazing hostess named Maria provided the most delicious homemade breakfasts! Left completely stuffed and determined to come back.
