Nous avons passé 2 nuits du 5 au 7 aout 2009 dans ce B&B et avons adoré ce petit séjour de détente. Chris et Nicky sont chaleureux et tres accueillant, pas envahissant, toujours a l'ecoute. Ils nous ont donné de tres bons conseils sur les restaurants et les choses a faire: on sent leur passion pour ce qu'ils font et ce qui les entoure. Notre chambre etait spatieuse, propre, confortable...etc...etc Le petit dejeuner etait servi sur un plateau: jus d'orange frais, viennoiseries faites "maison", fruits frais... excellent !||Ce b&b est situé un peu en dehors du petit centre ville de Tofino, alors il faut prendre la voiture pour y aller. Cependant, l'endroit est calme et a 2 pas de la mer.||Au niveau du prix, on peut penser que c'est cher, mais comme tous les hebergements sont cher a Tofino, finalement, c'est un bon rapport qualité/prix.

L'accueil de Jonny est extrêmement sympathique. Il a été adorable.||La chambre est super : petite cheminée, cafetière avec café, mini-frigo avec bières locales. ||La literie est très confortable.||La salle de bain est excellente : douche et baignoire.||C'est un endroit extrêmement convivial et confortable.||L'emplacement est excellent : au milieu de la forêt, à proximité d'une superbe plage.||Globalement, le site est merveilleux, les hôtes sont extrêmement accueillants, nous avons regretté de ne pas rester davantage.

Les 4 nuits que j'ai passées au Harvey Bed & Breakfast furent un séjour de rêve.||Situé sur la très belle plage de Chesterman, à environ 5 km de la petite ville de Tofino, à l'orée du fabuleux parc national Pacific Rim, c'est le lieu idéal pour partit explorer les sentiers du Pacific Rim.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chesterman Hideaway. We are expecting our first baby in March and wanted to escape for a few days. We had the most wonderful time away and our accommodations could not have been better. Johnny & Heidi were wonderful hosts. The house is a 1 minute walk from Chesterman Beach, where we'd bring our coffees each morning and take a long walk. Downtown is less than 10 minutes away, and Tacofino is 3 minute drive!! The suite was perfect -- clean with a large bathroom and spacious living area. I especially liked that they keep DVD's outside the rooms to cozy in and watch a movie at night. Can't wait to stay here again!!!

Chesterman Hideaway was an absolutely lovely place to stay; I actually wish we had stayed majority of our trip there instead of where we stayed prior. The owners are so friendly and genuine! They made the suite so comfortable with lots of little accents! Candles for the bathtub, a couple cold local beers in the fridge, board games etc! It was seriously so darn cute! The little fireplace made for a cozy space and the soaker tub was lovely! And the close distance to Chesterman Beach was a bonus!! No breakfast as previous reviews indicated (although we were aware of this, some other reviews seemed surprised). The new owners took over in January and are doing a wonderful job! Highly recommended by us!!

My wife and I, and our dog had such a great time here. The room was beautiful, clean and quiet. The owners, and their dog are very friendly and helpful. The outside shower with hot water was a bonus after spending all day in the ocean at the beach. Easy walk to the beach with all our surf gear and enjoyed the morning walks with my dog and no one around, as well as dinner and a fire during sunset almost every night. Love it and will definitely be going back.

We spent 2 nights at this property on our first visit to Tofino and it was as good as the reviews it has received on TripAdvisor. The location is perfect if you have a car. It is quiet because it is off a side road and the old growth around dampens all sound.||The room is large and lovely - we stayed in the Chesterman Room and it is one of the best B&B rooms we have ever had. It is large, bright - with many windows that can be opened, a gas fireplace, comfortable furniture, wonderful large bathroom, etc.||The breakfasts were perfect. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful three night stay here in the Eagle Suite. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the room layout itself fit four people (between the queen and a pullout) with ample room to spare and the wood burning stove made for a super comfy stay. Jonny (the owner) was easy to contact and made sure we were all set. And, its only a five minute walk to Chesterman beach, so location is great as well! Would highly recommend this gem.
