We had a great experience at this location. He had a big group and everyone had a good time. The entire place was clean from the gaming areas to the restaurants. The food we ordered was well prepared and it tasted great.

So my wife decided to have my daughters 15 year birthday party here. Just a couple of friends and family nothing huge. First off Raiza who was our server took care of us and was constantly checking in and making sure we were OK. She was professional and attentive. We made sure we gave her a great tip. The food was sooooo good. We had a spread of different array of wings, cheese pizza, nachos, quest and chips, fries. The atmosphere was so family friendly and the girls had so much fun. When is came time to pay we knew it would be a few dollars but we didn't mind. We even suggested to our daughters friend's family they try using this place for their kids.

Great place to spend time with kids. Food is average. Lots of fun ? and games. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Recommend to everyone who has kids and wants to play with them.

I just had my son's 10th birthday here and he and all of his friends had an amazing time, all the guests raved about the food, all questions were easily answered, we didn't feel rushed at any point, and all the staff was so incredibly helpful and patient with a bunch of 10 year old boys running around. It was a blast and we will definitely be recommending D&B to our friends to host their parties. The area we had though shared, didn't feel like it, as we had our own wait staff and host who were always around if we needed something. The facility was super clean from the seating area to the game room and while it was a busy day with multiple parties, there was never a wait for any games they wanted to play. My one and only recommendation would be to get a second helper in the store for busier days. There was very long wait to cash in tickets because there were so many parties and regular guests that the one cashier was overwhelmed. But that wasn't a big deal. The day was great!

When my friends and I arrived and went up to the front desk we asked for one of the packages that has four cards and a certain amount of points and the woman helping us seemed incredibly irritated by our presence, and began to help us and then randomly stated that we could just help ourselves at a kiosk mid transaction. Which felt a little rude and just confusing…. Also several of the games were broken, would take your points and not actually allow you to play. All in all a pretty disappointing experience especially for the amount of money spent in the establishment.

Went there yesterday for my daughter's birthday, just her and two friends, myself and husband. We reserved online days before for a table, and it seemed like they couldn't find a place for us. We got cards for the girls and food... coming to a shocking 350$. Wasn't worth that type of money spent. The food wasn't that great or hot. I got up for a second, mind you. I left the gift bags on the chair, and when I came back, they cleaned off the table! My drinks weren't even done. The best part of the whole shitty situation was that I didn't even pay yet, and the table was cleaned off for the next person. I actually had to get the waiter to pay, and I was so annoyed by the whole thing. I spent 350$, which was rushed off like I spent 40$ like it was utterly disgusting and rude. I was so unhappy with the entire experience.

SCAMMED by waitress and manager. We reserved a table for 15 to celebrate a friend’s birthday at the beginning of September and were repeatedly told by our waitress what drinks were included for happy hour. What she failed to tell us is happy hour was not in effect like we thought! We specifically ordered drinks from the ones we were told believing they’d be $5 each. Upon reviewing the receipt the next day we saw that ALL of them were charged at full price about $12 each. On top of this our orders kept coming out wrong or items none of us ordered would be brought to the table. Were we the most organized group when ordering? No and I can sympathize with that but if it was too much another waiter/waitress should’ve been pulled in to help. That not happening and the issue of the drinks make me feel it was so she was the only one the high tip went to. They cleared the table and threw out people’s boxes up left over food as well as our waitress let a different party member close out the tab and gave them the credit card despite the card belonging to me which felt unprofessional.

The food was tasty and for pricing was fairly average. Atmosphere was pretty cool. Drinks were sort of expensive at 15 dollars per mixed drink and it took while before a bartender could finally get to us. The main attraction games, again Overall good. The games themselves weren't too expensive to play so we did quite a few. Issue is in the 2 or 3 hours we were there we found at least 4 or 5 machines that were partially broken or unplayable. Seems like their machines are pretty old and worn In. Giving 3 stars because it wasn't bad but wasn't great either.
