It's a great little play place for my toddler! They have their own little space in the corner with slides, a playhouse, and blocks to stack. The main play structure looks fun for older kids, and there is even a bouncy house and area with basketball nets and balls. The decor is outdated, and the place could use a refresh, but overall a cute little place to spend a couple of hours. The staff at the front was very helpful and welcoming and answered all my questions. There is a little canteen inside where you can get some little snacks and sit and enjoy them if your little one needs a break.

My 6yr old said she wanted to live here forever! And she's still talking about it days later. Really fun. It was a Friday late afternoon and the place was quite empty. So our crew really had the run of the place. It was spotless from my standpoint. I don't know how often the interiors of the 3-story play structure are cleaned. But our kids loved it. They also enjoyed the bouncy castle and played a big in the arcade. There was also a play structure for toddlers which is a wonderful bonus. I can't even say how many times in past my kids didn't play at different things we've been at cuz it was too rough with the bigger kids.

They also had a cafeteria and loads of tables and chairs for the adults. So many fun things. The bathrooms were very clean. Great place and we'll come again.

Been here multiple times for visits, birthdays and my own child's birthday. Highly recommend giving this place a go. Staff are friendly and very helpful. No limit on time with admission and one parent is free per child. Food is ok and prices are decent.

We visit here often. It is usually a good experience, although our last visit (after 5 PM on January 24) was subpar.

The lady at the canteen area appears to dislike her job and her energy made her presence draining. She did not greet you, did not smile, or thank you to name a few - lacking basic human social skills or customer service.

Still, politely asked for something else after receiving what was ordered and she appeared to be bothered, did not say a word, grabbed the missing item and placed it on the counter and turned away with her unwelcoming facial expression. Even a toddler noticing, “Why does that lady look very mad?” Overall; poor customer service and appeared to have not wanted to be there at all, or as if she was unhappy with her job.

At the very least, greet your customers and pretend you like your job if you don’t. Better yet, find another job so your negative energy doesn’t ruin other people’s experiences.

Otherwise, great facility, clean. But her customer service is dead.

My kids love kid city. I usually go to the century location by my place. Came to this location twice and it’s pretty clean. It has a separate toddler section which I think is good for young ones. Just a heads up, you can’t bring your own drinks like coffees inside.

We were there for a birthday party. The food is expensive and not that great at all. Some of the equipment is very dated and worn. Not the cleanest place either in any area/facility in the building. But the kids had fun and got tired out so that's a win.
