Great place for working out with lots of room. Nice large changing room with a nice shower area. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. When I was there it was not busy and didn't have to wait for equipment. They have some great program for all type of activities. Nice pool area with classes available for all types. Amazing place to bring the kids for a swim. Pool is clean, and hot tub is a great temperature.

Very nice facility. I always look extra foreword to pickle-ball nights on Thursdays. I’m a very shy person but Madi has always made it a positive safe environment with us and Thursday nights are a blast, I would definitely recommend going!

Much love for this facility. The showers are hot, saunas even hotter. Equipment is in GOOD shape. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff is really friendly and helpful.

The place itself is great, parking on either side of the building.

Gym equipment is good. Good cardio machines, a decent weight rack.

The reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is the sauna and hot tub seem like it's always out of order. Some machines in the gym area are out of order often.

This is an awesome gym location that I actually never knew about until recently. Full of dumbbells and squat racks, it has anything that someone would need to workout! Also has a really nice basketball court for those looking to shoot around. Overall a great place but it can get busy during the after work peak hours

We are not military but rented out facility for a birthday party. Pamphlet explains different parties you can have. We chose that Under the Sea theme with the pool and party room. We were explained that the price included setup of all tables, some decorations, and a craft. Well the day of the party nothing was set up. The party attendant was late which led to the attendant,my mother and I setting up tables as guests we're arriving. The tables definitely have seen better days and I don't think have been wiped down in quite some time so we asked if there was any way to cover them. We were given big rolls of plastic tablecloth which my mother and I proceeded to cut with a child scissors the attendant provided to make the tables presentable for eating.
The pool was fun. Unfortunately one of the lifeguards screamed at a three-year-old guest for trying to go down the little kids slide into the pool. Apparently the slide was off limits however none of the adults were told that so of course she had no way of knowing.
Also the party room consisted of no decorations at all whatsoever and there was no craft. When I asked about the craft that was supposedly provided one table was set up with some photocopied pieces of white paper for coloring with one package of fabric markers for the kids to color with. If you have ever tried to colour paper with fabric markers you will understand why the kids were underwhelmed.

All in all a fun time was had however for over the $200 that we paid we hoped that the room would have been set up as it states, there would have been some decorations, and there actually is a craft. The Under the Sea theme we selected ended up being absolutely no theme at all.

I did send an email saying that we had a great time but we're disappointed in few things. And I asked about where the decorations slash crafts were. I was told that I would get a reply back when the supervisor came back from out of town the following week. And it has been well over a month and we've received no reply.

I suggest if you'd like a pool party the Holiday Inn on Portage has birthday parties for kids that is a much better setup less money and their fee includes food.

Good gym. Tends to be full at the peak times (before and after work, lunch), but otherwise lots of availability. A bit small, but the price is right for military members and their dependants.
