We have been numerous times, today unfortunately my son hurt his muscle/knee pretty bad - lie a snap stretched muscle, so extreme pain, for a good 20mins + the staff, and manager were PHENOMENAL, I've never been more grateful to have those two help my boy out! He was iced, and then she even wrapped his knee, making certain he was ok to walk, he ended up making the jump time, and the manager even gifted him a free jump pass because he sat for most of his time - genuinely, the most amazing and compassionate staff! Highly recommend this place, time and time again! Amazing team!! 🫶🏾🫶🏾🤍🤍😊😊😎😎🎯🎯💯💯💥💥🥰🥰

One of the best places for indoor fun activities. If your kids have energy, this is the place for them to exert it all. Jumping on the trampoline alone will wear you out. It's a fun place for family and friends to hangout especially during winter.

Had lots of fun, jumping around with your kids is a lot of energy⚡ buy bottled water at the lunch area or ask for a cup of water. Be going back to visit more with my niece and nephew and my son then his birthday party🎂🎉🎈

Horrible first time here. Lost a vehicle key on a Friday & staff did not care to try help by not even an announcement which I feel should be used when important stuff are lost. Also was told the foam pit would be cleaned Sunday then called the following Monday to hear they won’t be cleaning it out til next week from today, which is also gross because we found a lot of junk at the bottom of the foam pit.

A good place for kids to spend time jumping and playing vending games. Spacious spaces for kids to run here and there, but a bit expensive. There are coaches for parents and guardians to sit and wait if they like. Also massage chairs for a fee. Kids can enjoy here.

We had a great birthday party!! Our host Ember was so inviting and knowledgeable. She helped me with everything I needed! The kids had a blast, planning the party was a breeze, food was delicious! 10/10 would recommend!!
