We ordered a chocolate cake - it was very tasty, and the portion was gigantic, so we took one piece for two. A very friendly lady behind the counter served us quickly and with a smile, advised us what to order. Also, this cafe has a pleasant atmosphere.

This place was a pleasant surprise. We had a show at the RWB and while we were waiting we ordered a latte, cappuccino and a cake. The coffee was delicious and the cake was super fresh and delicious. It was a little late when a took the pictures 😄

What an amazing cafe! The service was excellent. The cake was phenomenal. The coffee was delicious. The atmosphere was perfect for a quiet conversation. We will absolutely return in the future!

This was my 2nd time coming in and it was fantastic again! The cake was fresh and delicious. Very generous serving for the price. The service is always exceptional and she made the visit even sweeter!! Will definitely be coming back again.

The Double Dare cake is amazing, and we also love the rum balls. Staff is always kind and helpful. We have been visiting them for many years when they were previously known as “Pastry Castle”, and they have always been consistently very good!

If you haven’t stopped in here yet, you should. What an awesome desert and coffee house.
First the lady that helped us answered questions and was able to give recommendations all while being super chill. This really set the mood for a relaxing desert.
The deserts were delicious! If you want to satisfy that sweet tooth, you can do that here.
The atmosphere in this cozy place is really relaxed as well.

The coffee here is amazing. The friendliness of the service is even better. I would highly recommend stopping in for a treat if you are in the area. In the cold downtown core, this local cafe is far and away a better experience than the dirty dreary Tim Horton's in the area. As an added bonus, you will be supporting a local, caring business owner.
