went for dinner tonight. Food and drinks are great. reasonably priced . the only thing we didn’t like they charge $3.95 to substitute cesar salad instead of garden salad but waitress didn’t mention extra change when we ordered it.

Went to Cloud nine for dinner. We ordered the beef Curry and the lamb shank. The lamb shank originally came out ice cold and we let our server know. Without hesitation she returned it to the kitchen. A few minutes later the manager came out and repeatedly apologized for the cold food and assured us it would come out piping hot this time....which it did. They had a live jazz band in and it was very busy (which the manager himself said was no excuse) but he thinks it's might have got rushed out because of this. When the new lamb came out it was hot and delicious. The beef Curry has amazing flavor but my only complaint was there was very little beef in it (literally 7 chunks of beef). I brought this up to the manager and he said the reason is because they use a very high quality cut of beef (which I agreed with, it was delicious and very tender). I suggested that I personally would rather pay a few extra dollars and get a meal that would fill me instead of paying less and leaving still hungry. He stated he would mention this in the next team meeting.
All in all the food tasted amazing, the service was above and beyond and the atmosphere is fantastic. Everyone is human and makes mistakes but it's how a restaurant handles those mistakes what matters the most. Thank you again for correcting the situation and handling it the way it should have been handled. We will definitely be back for another dinner (not just wings that we normally come for)

We tried the pasta Primavera with Alfredo.. it was fresh, loaded with veggies, and sauce was delicious. Also there are lots of sports running on screens so was a good sports bar to hang out. It's very much like Buffalo wild wings, but more food options. Will definitely visit again.

We went to Cloud 9 to try it for the first time based on the google reviews. We definitely won't be visiting again. My husband ordered the Jerk Chicken and it tasted like pure salt. No other flavor, just salt. He couldn't even eat it, he had to send it back. I ordered the Clubhouse, which is my goto order at every new restaurant we try. The chicken breast was so overdone and dried out. The fries are frozen Costco fries. The salad and dressing were the only good thing that came out of our entire lunch. My entree looked so good when it came out, but it was a complete disappointment. Our server was lovely, but she was the only one working the floor and it took almost 40 minutes for our awful food to come out. Never again.

Recently dined in. Their food is very good! They also have a nice patio and staff are friendly.
Had delivery from here. The food was very fresh and tasty. Salmon pasta was so delicious. Fries were still hot and crispy, and the rib and wing combo was juicy and tender.

Cloud 9 is an underrated pub, the food is impeccable. Their calamari and spinach dip was superb, both were tasty and freshly made. The butternut squash ravioli, Thai Curry, clubhouse sandwich, lemon pepper wings, and quesadillas were great! They carry a variety of foods and drinks that will leave everyone satisfied.

Samantha, our server, was awesome! She was very courteous and extremely attentive.

Overall, this pub has great atmosphere and tasty food. Will come back again for sure!

I have given all 5 stars for this place. Food was good.liked the atmosphere. The most most important thing I need to mention for any restaurant service personel are so important. And here at cloud nine the lady Riahayaana (sorry I know I misspelt her name) she was such a sweet heart. She was running around like a headless chicken(weekend ) yet her smile stayed intact on her face. If the owner is reading this you certainly need to give her a bonus..she made us feel so comfortable and welcome.
