Whether you're staying at the resort or not, Drift Spa is a perfect place to relax. The 'relaxing room' has amazing views of the ocean. One could spend the day there. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Alicia, my therapist was amazing and hit all the right spots! Protip: get the essential package with aromatherapy add-on!

Gorgeous property, but I do have concerns about privacy and security when using the "No Service Required" door sign--see the Cons section below.

Pros:
- Studio Trail Oceanview room has an amazing view of the ocean
- We were able to get checked into our room early, instead of waiting until 5PM to check in (though note that we came in the beginning of May)
- Both restaurants were pretty good for dinner, especially Currents (the more formal dining room). Well worth the price, and the cocktails were very good as well
- Value for money was awesome
- Free EV charging (there's no time limit but obviously don't be a jerk about it)
- Part of the resort looks over the Wild Pacific Trail, which was a plus if you like to people/dog watch
- Room was spacious, inviting, and has a mini kitchenette if you want to do some light cooking

Cons:
- Studio Trail Oceanview room was one of the furthest rooms from the main building. We were fine (we're both young) but it might be a problem for older guests, like people our parents' age. Might be worth noting this on the website so folks are aware
- While we were out during the day, we noticed that someone came in to our room and left a pet blanket and extra towels, despite us leaving the "No Service Required" sign up on the door. Maybe we misunderstood the meaning of that sign, but we didn't expect anyone to come inside the room. We called the front desk as we were worried about privacy and security, but I didn't feel like the front desk shared or understood our concern ("Someone at the front desk requested these items to your room" was the answer received). I realize mistakes happen but failing to acknowledge a mistake tarnishes the experience. It seems that anyone--any guest staying in any room, or even off the resort--could request items delivered to any room, regardless of the door sign posted.

My boyfriend and I got the couples black rock signature massage here. The use of the heated stones felt amazing and we were both thoroughly impressed. Worth every penny!

I did the mix and match, with I believe Miranda? I was so relaxed by the end I may not have known my own name.
From the very beginning the service was great. The sandals, robe and locker provided were great. (Honestly, can I please purchase that robe?!)
I thought that as I had the mix and match the treatment may have some breaks where you could clearly tell we were moving from one thing to another. Not at all. It was seamless, like those 3 were always just 1 treatment.
Afterwards there was water, tea, a space to relax. We could have used the pools, but did not have time.
I will certainly be back!

We came for the first time and spent 3 nights in the Studio Trail Oceanview room.
Upon arrival we were a little disappointed to be on the ground level with trees in front of us. We were also dissatisfied that it was quite a steep walk from the lodge that had all amenities in it so we immediately, went to the front desk and tried to upgrade to a lodge oceanview room. They told us they were fully booked up.
We were very disappointed that the pool is VERY small for the amount of people here and and there are two hot tubs that were full of kids and families. Perhaps because it was July?
A steep walk up to pool, hottub or restaurant from any other place from the “ lodge” rooms.
We did not use the pool or hottub once while our visit there so it was somewhat disappointing. It is far too small with just a few lounge chairs.
Unfortunately housekeeping in the room adjacent to us when doing a check out clean were VERY loud, chatty, slamming doors etc at 9 AM so we were unable to sleep in. I actually got up and went outside and asked if this is normal to be doing this “ this early? And this loudly? Things seems to tame down after that but regardless we were awake then and thought it rather inconsiderate!
The food is very good and prepared freshly. Eggs bene is amazing! Service was friendly and fast as well. Cocktails in the lounge are wonderful.
