Our team rented ice here and had a great experience. The facility is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Customer service was friendly and welcoming. We especially loved the built-in stick holders in the locker rooms—such a thoughtful touch! The locker rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.

There are some minor bumps as it is a new facility. However some things need to be addressed. The public swim is not offered everyday. Lane swim is. I'm a senior and i need to go at my own pace. The leisure pool should be available everyday. The hot tub in my opinion has some design flaws. No steps to get in or out you have to exit by the ramp and push the button for it to work. Very annoying when it's only on for under 10 minutes at a time. I understand you should only go for a limited time however it's only on for under 10. You'd probably get more memberships if the leisure pool is more accessible. On the other hand the lifeguards are great! They try to be very accomodating.
UPDATE:
I wanted to update my post because since I wrote it things have changed.
I emailed King and they forwarded my message to the center in regards to the issue of public swim. They got back to me right away letting me know that we can swim the leisure pool during lap time as they arranged to have another lifeguard on duty! This is during the week. The only day unavailable is Friday. I can live with that. Very very pleased they took my issue seriously. So they deserve a 4 star for sure. If you'd like to enquire about the center just email them. They will respond.

I agree with many people who are disappointed by this new facility. I don't skate , so can't comment on the rinks. But I play table tennis. How come no table tennis drop ins? I live in Richmond Hill and every TT drop in is packed! Wrote to the coordinator a few times - no reply. Now the swimming pool. The change rooms are weird, gender neutral, and glass walled? So you can be seen changing from the hall, from the pool, from everywhere - weird. Also not enough shower cabins for the pool of 280 people capacity.
Water in the showers is cold, not enough preassure, jacuzzi is not hot enough, and would be really nice to have a sauna like in Oak Ridges CC. Anyways, it's nice to swim in a new pool but it could have been so much better!

Sorry, there is no minus star. One is the minimum. What a disappointment, 86 million for a place that not only is terribly ugly, bad designed and practically useless. Have this people done any consulting what can be smth that citizens of King City can use? There are two big skating rings, great, hockey enthusiasts must be very happy, but not everything revolves around hockey. There were also two swimming pools, which seems nice and a calceto court, but not much for the common people. I started to play pickle ball in one of the schools, but gave up as there were, like hundred people there and we had to wait for a free court by putting our racquets in line. We were told that the township was building a new center and there will be plenty of courts there, guess what, just two. There are no basketball courts, no volleyball courts and the pickleball are most of the time occupied by badminton players. Asked at the reception if they had some kind of user guide and, of course we were directed online, where information is very confusing. The only thing I may find some use is the running track, which can be useful for winter. I will give it another shot and see how it goes but so far really disappointing. I don't know what future plans are, as there is not much communication. King City has grown and the current tennis courts, not only are in a bad shape but also over crowded. There was hope that new courts would have been build at the center but at this point I am giving up. I will sell the house and move downtown

No proper seating to watch a hockey game, great for a practice rink only. Small change rooms. 1 shower for men's league is not sufficient. No snack bar, the gym was put around the walking track on the edges of the building. Soccer field isn't regulation size, gender neutral washroom put in because they ran out of space to put a male/female washroom.

Soo much poor design. The hockey change rooms are sized for children. The "gym",track and turf/court are basically stacked on top of each other makeing each one an inconvenience to the other. The multi use change rooms are open to the pool so you are forced to change in a chlorine sauna. Trying to do too many things and none of them well. $90million not well spent. Oh and no seating for watching hockey.

No proper seating for watching hockey. Poorly laid out dressing rooms; players are often asked to change in the hallway. Unisex change rooms and showers - I’d love a place where my children can be separate in a family area at minimum. No drainage in pool change rooms leading to excessive water accumulation. Five small tables to view entire pool area which is insufficient and you’re told you cannot watch from inside.
The planning of this place is mind boggling.

I get it. It has a pool a rink a court etc zero carbon blah blah blah. But the bottom line is. Viewing at the rinks is terrible. Seating is terrible no second level. No coffee or snack bar? Gender neutral washrooms. Like only gender neutral washroom. No male or female? I don’t get it. If I was building a rink I would go to like 100 rinks and take all the great things from them to build the best rink possible. I’m not sure this has that at all. Ask the employees wearing full jackets winter hats and gloves as they work the front desk. Again always good to have more rinks in just sayin
