Je suis venu de Montréal avec une amie et le club 44 ne vaut vraiment pas le coup ! La musique est EXCELLENTE, mais l’ambiance est vraiment bizarre. Personne ne danse, les employés te prennent en photo sans ton consentement. On a payé 40$ l’entrée à 2, 8$ pour ranger nos manteaux et pour 4 shots de tequila 72$ ! C’est un peu excessif surtout quand les “agents de sécurité” te regardent te faire toucher par des mecs alors que tu leur a refuser une danse ! On a subit deux fouilles, une pour les sacs et une au corps. Pour quelques heures de danse franchement aller autre part, vous trouverez forcément mieux ! On est parti de ce club énervés par l’incompétence des employés et des hommes affamés qui s’y trouvent (ce n’est pas la faute du club mais tout de même !) et ce n’est pas une expérience à refaire ! Je n’ai jamais connu ça à Montréal !

DON’T EVEN TRY TO GO HERE! The bouncers were rude and security was intense! My friend was fine and the bouncer came straight to her and targeted her and assumed she had too many drinks before hand and didn’t let us through and told us to give her some water and come back. So we just stepped away and came back a while after. The same bouncer was then still not letting us through and started targeting my sister for her footwear! I checked the dress code before leaving and ensured my girls and I were in dress code! And there was no rule that what my sister was wearing wasn’t allowed! They were not nice at all and show zero respect when we’re paying customers and it was 15 of us! Don’t enforce rules that are not your website!

DO NOT GO HERE. I'm from out of town and my friend and I were looking for a fun place to dance for the night. We waited in the line up for over a half hour (there was a guest list or something that got priority) and then had to go through security where they took all of my weed ($125 worth). In my shock over being literally stolen from (?), we finally get in and the atmosphere here is weird as hell idek how to describe it. Almost nobody is actually dancing except for the couples grinding on each other. There is a pretty big ratio of women > men and it kinda seems like everyone's main goal is just to couple up rather than dance or have fun. Also their cheapest drinks were shots that were like $13 so we couldn't even drink in an effort to make this place somewhat enjoyable.

The worst club experience ever!
The staff working there were extremely rude. When I asked them questions, they didn’t respond respectfully at all. My friend and I had tickets for free entry as part of the “ladies free before 11:30 PM”. The club opened at 11 PM, and we were in line since 10:45, yet they still didn’t let us in until midnight! And by then, we were forced to pay—what a scam!

Meanwhile, we saw many people cutting the line and handing cash to the men and security at the front to get in. They claimed those people had bottle service, so they were given priority, but that clearly wasn’t the case for everyone. It was absolutely ridiculous and unfair.

The club itself wasn’t anything like what people hype it up to be—no vibe, nothing special. I’m definitely never going back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Disrespectful Owner and False Promises

We were told there was elevator access, and my wife used it to enter the club. But when we were leaving, the owner suddenly showed up and refused to let her use the elevator—even after we showed him our previous conversation confirming access. His attitude was rude and dismissive.

It’s frustrating when someone who runs a business off customers like us treats us with zero respect. We’re not asking for favors—we’re paying customers who expect honesty and decency. The owner seriously needs to learn some manners.

Overpriced spend 2k on bottle service and they’ll still kick you out of your booth if you don’t continue to spend more.

They promote free entry for girls but their line ups are ridiculous they don’t let anybody in or announce on their page if there’s a private event. People that are offering to order bottle service ($350+) just to get inside and still were not making it inside.

Instead of letting people know an approximate wait time and organizing the lines better (guest list) they just let you wait outside until you’re fed up. (Crazy to offer ladies free before 11 and have people waiting in line, especially in the Middle of Winter with no indication on capacity, wait time, and staff ignoring you when you try to call them.)

Bouncer was rude and security was intense with full body pat down.

Drinks were watered down and the crowd was very intense. Lots of guys without class and mannerism.

I was with my friend during what can only be described as a horrifying experience at this venue. We entered by mistake, thinking it was another place, and quickly realized the error. My friend politely explained the situation to the staff, hoping for a simple refund. Instead, we were met with cold indifference and an unwillingness to help.

What unfolded next was completely unacceptable. A security guard approached in an intimidating manner and physically touched my friend. I was right there, and I can attest to how calm and respectful she remained, despite being treated in such a degrading way. It was an outrageous abuse of power.

Watching someone you care about be humiliated and harassed like that is infuriating. This venue’s lack of professionalism, combined with the inappropriate and hostile actions of their staff, made us both feel unsafe. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Avoid this place at all costs—it’s not worth the risk.
