Drove from Ottawa today for a birthday party. Our time slot was 11-12:45. I must say, the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Every single employee was smiling and professional. I had went to purchase a quick little snack for my son and the young lady who was checking in another person came by a minute later and apologized for the wait, which was not an issue at all. And the young blonde female who was assisting with the parties was fantastic. She kept making sure to check in if anyone needed anything. I must say, the entire place was so clean and well kept. We used to frequent the Kanata location often, but I think this one is honestly worth the drive.

This place is great! The equipment seems well maintained and clean. Lots of rooms for parties. Went on a Saturday morning (walk in) in September and it wasn’t packed to the brim. Staff was friendly and efficient. There were some balls missing from the toddler area basket ball game, but minor details. My toddler and my big kids all had a great time here.

Love this place for kids and adults. Very clean and well maintained. The only downside to this place is how busy it can be at peak hours, and can be a bit pricey. Toddler mornings are a blast and well worth the money.

If you wanna have a fun activity with your kids, this place is a good option.

The place is big and allows the kids to enjoy different games. The staff is very attentionate and ready to help. In addition, the prices are very reasonable and the most important thing is that the kids will enjoy it 100% (adults too).

I certainly recommend this place and cannot wait to come back again and have lots of fun with the family.

We brought my son and his friends here for his birthday, and they all had a great time.
The washrooms were kinda gross, but it was also very busy.

Unfortunately the place has really gone down hill. Garbages over flowing, garbage all over the floor. The bathroom was repulsive. It stunk of urine so intensely I couldn't use it. I mentioned it to one of the 5 staff members standing around chatting. I spoke to Sophia explaining that the bathroom was in horrible condition. She snapped at me and said "we can't leave the front when it's this busy" Meanwhile, no one was in line and they had plenty of staff to take care of it. She and the other staff proceeded to mock me after I told her not to be rude and that the bathrooms were unacceptable and that it posed a health issue. Needless to say we won't be going back!

Very clean and lots of fun for all ages! We were skeptical bringing our 1 and 3 year old here as we've been to skyzone in Toronto and that wasn't very well suited for 1 year olds. This place was perfect for both our young children and would also be suitable for teenagers as well. We will be returning regularly
