I am very grateful to Peter for sharing his knowledge, which has had a positive impact on my life. When I first met him at the gym, he kindly gave me a lacrosse ball and explained that it was all I needed, saving me from spending money on any more "trigger balls". I am deeply thankful to Peter, and I have been passing on his generosity ever since. You will be in excellent care with Peter and his wife, who own The Living Well Center.

Dr. Gifford has been seeing my son from 2 months old and has been fantastic. I have recently started seeing her as well and after only a couple visits I have already noticed a difference. Dr. Gifford is personable and I like that the appointments are quick and on time. Lovely receptionists as well. Definitely recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Teresa! Her deep tissue massage techniques were incredibly effective in addressing my chronic pain, and I left feeling more relaxed and rejuvenated than I have in years. They took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored the session perfectly. Not only did she provide immediate relief, but I also felt a lasting sense of wellness after the treatment. Physiotherapist, Jenn Kates is amazing, skilled and professional. She helped me so much with severe neck and shoulder pain. Dry needling was incredible and totally took all my pain away. She also has a calming and kind demeanour that made treatment easy and totally comfortable. I will definitely be returning whenever I need help again. Invaluable and very positive experience! As a regular patient for several years, I highly recommend Dr. Peter Pain and his amazing team at the Live Well Centre. Screen time can take its toll on my spine, Dr. Pain gives me the adjustments and advice I need to maintain a better posture and feel better.

I’ve been going to Dr Gifford for a few years now for chiropractic adjustments and I have been so happy with the service! She goes above and beyond to help support me and gives me so many tips and tricks to try and relieve my constant headaches. She has done more for me than the many doctors I have seen for my migraines. She’s so easy to talk with and takes the time to get to know you and is very genuine. I usually call and request same day appointments and they are always accommodating. Hillary and Jordan @ reception are always so sweet and their positive attitudes truly put a smile on your face. I would definitely recommend!

I was referred to this clinic by my midwife and I am glad to have found this spot. Dr Gifford is professional, and knowledgeable. The clinic has been very easy to book with, and I always leave feeling better able to manage the issue I went in for.
I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. The staff at the front desk are also lovely to deal with.
