We bought a new house, and it came with a hot tub. We were super excited. When the warmer weather came around, I started to fill our hot tub. That’s when I noticed water pouring from three of the corners of the tub. We called ALL SPA & HOT TUB LTD. We booked an appointment, and Scott came to our place to access our tub. He opened up the tub and tried to add water and noticed a cracked pipe right away. He informed us that the previous owner did NOT winterize the tub. They had only turned the jets off. He replaced the main pipe attached to the main motor. He also removed multiple jets that were cracked. Plus multiple seals that were also cracked due to water freezing. Showed us all the parts that needed replacing. As he added more water he noticed that the wet end of our motor 2 was cracked. He even showed us the damage. He took the pump away to replace the cracked connector. A few days later he brought it back and we were able to fill the tub. Upon turning on the power, he noticed that our pump 3 was now leaking. Again he showed us and took that pump away to fix it. However, we were now able to use our hot tub as pump 1 and 2 were operating. A few days later he brought pump 3 back and now we have a fully operational tub. Scott could have taken advantage of this situation, and changed everything inside the tub, but he did NOT, he was amazing!! Scott was so honest and professional that we now not only calling them to servicing, but also buy all of our products from them also. If you want honest and reliable service don’t hesitate to call them.

I highly recommend All Spa and Hot tubs for all your hot tub and pool needs. The owner Dwayne came by to fix my hot tub that kept tripping the breaker. He quickly determined the problem and had it repaired in the spot in no time. Very reasonable rates and even took the time to help me understand how to easily adjust my chemicals to keep it running properly. The company that sold me the tub a few years back had not taken the time to do this. I truly appreciate his expertise, knowledge and friendly service!

When they answered the phone they were straightforward in explaining travel charges and hourly rates. I’m outside of Oshawa so it was a drive to get to me. The service guy called me once he had the issue identified and then proceeded to quickly fix the problem getting my hot tub up and working again.
Super happy would recommend.

Excellent Service - Dwayne and Carole are great people to work with and provided top notch service . I started with a pump issue which they assessed and provided a 'donar' pump to keep me running while repairing the existing pump. It then became a loss of water problem which they helped address but conitued so I move onto a new tub ( the old one was 10 years old) . Dwayne and Carole were very helpful in making decisions and working with me to make the best fit. They also came up with innovative solution to assist with the current pad that I had to help save some money.

I had the pleasure of having All spa and hot tub come and repair a minor glitch with my hot tub. Dwayne was knowledgeable, kind, and did a great job getting my tub up and running again. Carole was a pleasure, answered all questions I had and had a appointment booked in a reasonable amount of time since it is prime season for maintenance. Fantastic group to work with you know there's stuff and they're there to help. I had a leak in a seal in the pump and I was able to drop it off around noon pick it up at 2:30 get it back in the tub by 4:30 and had the water filled by 5:45. And no concern about freeze-ups or any other issues that may occur around the hot tub. They even have a cool two-piece cap ring so that when you break one you don't have to redo your plumbing to make it work. They do everything they can to help you get everything you need done in a speedy cost-effective manner
