I recently visited this spa and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, Theresa and Lina at the reception made me feel incredibly special, especially since it was my birthday. They surprised me with thoughtful gifts, which was a delightful touch I wasn't expecting. The massage therapist, Scarlet, did an exceptional job—she was gentle and skilled, making my relaxation truly perfect. The location of the spa is also stunning; from the 14th floor, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the waterfalls and take memorable photos. Without a doubt, I will return.

This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Seeing the falls while soaking in the hydrotherapy infinity tub was spectacular. The service was excellent and the staff were all friendly. The combined facial and massage was perfect. And they were able to accommodate my last-minute appointment request. Highly recommend!

My best friend and I did a couples massage. We throughly enjoyed it. Afterwards we sat in the sauna and steam shower to really release our bodies. It was an absolutely amazing experience! The views were breathtaking. We were recommending it to everyone in the hotel it’s an absolute must and pretty affordable compared to US prices.

I was greeted warmly by Afifa who helped me schedule my appointment and answered questions on services. She was very knowledgeable.
Heather was my massage and manicure specialist. It was nice to have the same person perform both services. She was very personable and was genuinely happy to perform her tasks. The massage was great as she listened to the specifics to focus on. She did a great job on my nails.
Also the view is great.

Just Amazing, I had Juliana and she gave probably the best massage I have ever had. I was thoroughly impressed. All of the staff were great, but Juliana was very impressive for a guy with 2 back surgeries. I would hire her to be my personal masseuse, she stretched my neck and shoulders like no one has since a Football medical trainer has with 30+ years experience. They have a gem in her there! My wife’s massage was very good also, but she easier to impress than I am.

My mom, boyfriend, and I had a great time at the Fallsview Spa. We each got a pedicure with Shasteen, Lauren, and Marina. Lauren did such a good job on my feet especially, which were easily the most challenging of the three (sorry, Lauren - thank you again!) I definitely recommend the spa if you are staying in Niagara Falls or even a local. I appreciated how detail oriented they were and the massage that’s included was pretty great! My feet and legs feel very moisturized

In the 4 days I have been here I have been to this spa twice massages are absolutely amazing the view is totally amazing it is very relaxing and clean I love the jacuzzi with the view every one is so friendly and goes about and beyond. You can sit and relax before service and afterwards

I had booked for a body scrub and later found out I was expecting. When I arrived and met with Lauren for my service, she informed me that the service I had booked was not recommended during pregnancy. Lauren was eager to recommend alternative services that would be safe for me, and my experience was better than I had anticipated! I sincerely appreciated her ability to ensure that I still enjoyed my appointment, and she was very kind and helpful. Thanks again, Lauren!
