The staff are clearly experts in their field and are so kind & welcoming. There was no pressure to purchase products/ services , which is not always the case at other spas. The treatments are exceptionally relaxing, and the quiet space is appreciated. The lunch salad was excellent

I took my mom and my husband here. After a long trip to the U.S., we wanted to unwind, so we booked massages the day after we got back. My mom and I had hot stone massages, while my husband had a deep tissue massage. My mom said this one was even better than her previous experiences. My husband was also really happy with his massage. We’ll definitely be back soon!

This is the second time I get a massage from Sierra Both times she made sure to get to know exactly what I wanted and to ensure I was comfortable and at ease. She even helped me out and went above and beyond when I injured my neck, with her extensive knowledge, and by helping me with stretches to do at home. I will be recommending her to everyone I know and coming back on a regular basis.

Brittany did a great job on my massage. We went in for a couples massage and came out relaxed ?. It was a bit busy when we first arrived but overall a nice place to get pampered. They had a great 'quiet' area where you could sit and relax. Some of the ladies provided good customer service while others not so much. I think this spa could definitely benefit with having all staff provide top notch service, especially if they want to be rated a 5 star spa experience. Overall experience was good.

Best massage I've received so far, I've had my share of massages, and this spa takes it one step ahead of all others. Well, worth the time and wait to see one of their registered massage therapist.

I did not know that having a massage could actually be dangerous !!
I went in for a deep tissue massage to relax the tensions in my back... and went out with fierce pain in my right ankle and wrist! The pain is so bad that I can barely use my limbs now.
The massage was a bit painful but I assumed it's always the case with this type of massage, and the masseuse seemed to know what she was doing. However, the pain in my joints started during the next hour and worsened little but little. I've waited a bit to mention them the problem as I was hoping it would disappear after a few days. Turns out it did not. So I sent a message to the spa and never get any answer yet.
What can I do now? Nothing but having my holidays wasted because I can't hike anymore, and not recommending this place. Thanks for nothing. (I'm still waiting for an answer btw).
