I came in for a customized facial with Chantal and it was by far the best facial I’ve ever had! Using their skin care lines for years, I still learned more techniques to use them and was truly a hypnotizing experience. Definitely recommend! The aestheticians here have amazing education so I definitely trust them with my skin!

I went in to see Anna( my angel) for a facial today. Such a lovely experience, she gave me the oxygenating facial which so needed. She had a touch of sn angel even through extracting, I barely felt a thing. She made sure to tell me when she was applying anything or turning on the lights. Over all 100/10 experience. I already my next facial booked

Hands down my favourite spa in Ottawa! The staff is friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, until the moment you leave. Everyone is very knowledgeable, and do their best to tailor the treatments to your needs. I've had several facials done here, and can honestly say my skin feels brand new afterwards. 5/5 would highly recommended this place to anyone seeking a spa treatment in the area.

I had a facial and a peel, the environment was nice, smelled and looked like a spa, but I did find it to be pricey and didn’t really notice a big change in my skin. The facial wasn’t what I thought.

I thought my esthetician (I believe she was on the more experienced side) seemed nervous, as she kept repeating herself and seemed to be forcing a bubbly social interaction and hyping things up rather than simply allowing me to relax. She kept saying “this is going to be so relaxing. It’ll be just really relaxing. I love this. Doesn’t this feel awesome?” I think it stuck out to me as trying to over-sell the experience she was providing rather than feeling reassured that I had booked it because I knew the value and to expect a relaxing session. It made me doubt the value more than enjoy/get excited for the experience?

I had asked for a custom facial as well but she just kept asking me what I wanted rather than checking my skin and confidently providing her suggestions. In my mind, if I knew, I would have just booked what I wanted and thought was best. I think in the end I left feeling a bit like “oh, I guess that’s all it is. I do this at home”

I think I really prefer a quiet confidence -I liked when she would allow me to relax and inform me about the steps she was doing briefly and the benefits but this wasn’t until closer to the end that it felt more this way. My skin looked nice after but I feel I do achieve very similar results at home for a fraction of the price, since it was basically her applying my skincare for me and massaging it in. I got a dermapeel and hydrolift facial - it wasn’t what I expected. It is not the type of hydrofacial that uses water and a machine that you don’t have at home. It is water-based skincare they put on your face. My favourite thing was probably the scalp massage component, I wish it was more clear on the site and in the consult what I was getting.

I expected her to review some of the products and show me what they had available at the end but when I went over to look she told me to stay with what I was doing and my skin was good. I just think it would still be helpful so I can maybe read about the products she used on me after the appointment. Perhaps they could provide an email with that information in the future

I think next time I would go for something that doesn’t feel like I get a mini massage and someone putting my face cream on.
