Booked two appointments for weddings nails for my mom and myself over the the summer. We walked in for our appointment and not once greeted or asked about our appointment. Nail tech looked at me and said it was her break time and got up and left. Mom and I sat there awkwardly for a while until I decided just to call phantastic nails and they got us in within the next half hour. Then this nail place was calling asking where we were for our appointments. Like we came and left. That would have been 2 pedicures and 2 gel nail sets they lost out on. Not to mention 2 future customers.

I had to wait over an hour to get my nails done, because they have booked 3 other people at 4:00 for nails, and 3 others for pedicures at the same time (Keep in mind they only have 2 employees). Once I got my gel nails done they all came off after the 4th day of having them on. I would not recommend this place.

They do a great job. I didn't like that I booked for 2 people and they did them 1 at a time.
Waiting an hour for the 2nd person was too long. I definitely wouldn't come back as a group. I wound up booking somewhere else while I was waiting and canceled the 2nd person. We didn't have all day to spend for 2 Manis and 2 pedis if only 1 service is done at a time.

Worst nail place ever. Over priced and takes too long, just to get thick nails. I didn’t realize it was so thick until after it was done. My sisters nails looks like an elephants foot. They can’t do nails on everyone.
