Had to stay here after my car broke down.

Owner was very helpful and even referred me to a local mechanic he knew. Seemed like a really nice guy. Gave me a room for $60

Room had A/C, tv, internet, fridge, microwave.

Downsides; the smell of cigarettes and I think I found 1 singular bed bug.

Didn't get any bites or anything but was still a bit worried about it all night.

For $60 maybe I got what I was expecting.

The clerk was nice and the room was inexpensive. We were put in a room beside a permanent resident who was very friendly but a little bit over friendly, every time we came outside he came out, asking us if he could buy beer or smokes. The room smelled bad and there were bugs on the bed and in the room which hitched a ride with us, not sure what they were...lots of sketchy people in the parking lot all night, partying. Made it difficult to sleep.

Would rather recommend to sleep in a car than stay in this place. The rooms are full of cobwebs and bed bugs and the cleanliness and hygiene is next to nothing. The manager of the motel is so unprofessional and rude. I expressed my concern and wanted to leave the motel in a day and got yelled on, and when i asked for the owner’s contact no. to complain, he claimed himself to be the owner. I got threatened of not getting a refund and the manager repeatedly insisted on calling the cops and told me to do whatever i can and threw my card away. STAY AWAY FROM EVEN THINKING TO BOOK THIS PLACE.

Great price wonder staff. Was clean close to gas station food sources. Great spot to crash and continue your adventure. Only complaint I have. No coffee machine in my room.

We used to travel between Lethbridge and brandon frequently and this motel was used as a half way stop acouple of times a year. I was impressed when after a year's absence the owner remembered me but then maybe they do not get that many customers. For the money this is a nice motel to stop at for a night. Worse thing is the highway noise but if you get one of the back units it is not so bad. Nice restaurant that opened early so that was convenient. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable and that is all you need for a night.

We had booked the Westwind Motel as it listed it had an outdoor pool and free internet. When we got there the rooms were clean and decent, then we decided to check out the pool area. It was not operational! When I went back to the desk and said that we were a little disappointed all she could say was that the internet was down and the pool was not open and that she could call the manager and get our money back and to go somewhere else. Not very professional. It would have been nice if someone had actually mentioned this before hand. When I booked the room even when we checked in. This would have given us the option of going somewhere else before we had taken out things into the room.
