We stayed here for our wedding weekend. Brian and Kate were unbelievably nice and desperate to please! They were so accommodating of our busy schedule and we really appreciated the efforts they took, even making us special "grab and go" breakfast on the wedding morning. Aside from the service, the home is beautiful, cozy, and inviting with Kate's beautiful art everywhere. Can't wait to come back for an anniversary trip and art class!!

Although I was only there for one evening, the mood and beauty of the bed and breakfast has left quite an impression. The mosaic of colours and sights around every corner was like walking into the past and experiencing a simpler more calming time. Surrounded by the quaintness of Millbrook only added to enhance the overall experience.

I highly recommend a stay if you are ever in the area or just need a getaway from your hectic life.

A Hidden GEM: Tranquil Perfection for Our Spalike Getaway

This B&B offered a stay we will cherish forever! The genuine warmth and hospitality instantly made us feel at home. Kate and Brian consistently provided a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring we felt valued and cared for during our four-day stay.

This charming bed and breakfast is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat or quality family bonding time. We had privacy in an entirely separate part of the Victorian home; we couldn't hear them in our suite, and they couldn't hear us at all. The suite we had upstairs had a fireplace and a Victorian-style grand bed, adding to the cozy and elegant ambiance.

The hospitality here is top-notch. The hosts are super gracious, attentive, and passionate about ensuring their guests have a fantastic experience. From the warm greeting when you arrive to the personal touches throughout your stay, you feel like a valued guest, not just another visitor.

Kate and Brian thoughtfully decorated each room with unique touches and incredible artwork. The attention to detail is spot-on, making every corner of this B&B a visual delight. The rooms at Field Day B&B are exceptionally comfortable. They're spacious, impeccably clean, and have luxurious bedding, high-quality linens, and all the necessary amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked mini-fridge with all-you-can-drink pop and water.

The en-suite bathrooms are modern, with plush towels and premium toiletries. Extras like fresh flowers and books made the rooms feel even more special. The shower and stand-alone tub were gorgeous and relaxing, with plenty of hot water.

Before breakfast, I sat on the porch swing early in the morning, listening to the birds—bluejays, woodpeckers, and owls. It was so peaceful. In addition, when I would wake up to sit on the porch swing, our suite smelled like freshly baked goods and bread.

Breakfast here is a real treat; they catered to my gluten-free needs without hassle. We enjoyed a delicious spread of freshly prepared, locally sourced dishes, including homemade baked goods, every morning.

The variety and quality of the dishes were outstanding, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. From hearty, full English breakfasts to lighter, healthier options, every meal shows the hosts' dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience. The homemade pastries were a standout!

We had the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in Toronto. The surrounding countryside is breathtaking, with plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling, and exploring local attractions. The B&B is conveniently close to charming villages and towns.

We particularly loved the Rolling Grape Vineyard for dinner.

Field Day B&B is more than just a place to stay; it's an unforgettable experience. I was in town for Christmas in the Village for work and last minute hubby decided to tag along. The weather had been calling for snow and I didn't want to drive home in it, so reached out to Kate to see if they had a room. Ended up staying in their newest suite off of the parlour and it was HEAVENLY. A bed so soft it's like sleeping in a cloud! The room was warm, clean and comfortable and having the parlour to relax in was a bonus. Brian treated us to a scrumptious breakfast the next morning and we had a wonderful visit with both he and Kate before we left. Definitely the highlight of our visit to Millbrook!! You'll be blown away by the charm and character of the century home, not to mention Kate's incredible artwork - it's like it's part BNB and part art gallery!

Such a beautiful and comfortable home! Kate and Brian were wonderful hosts and were very good to communicate with. Breakfast was delicious and very nicely met our dietary restrictions. We would love to stay again.

Stayed at Field Day B&B for a week while doing work in the area. Brian and Kate were incredible hosts. The breakfast they provided for us each day was fantastic, and they even gave us tupperware containers to take leftovers for our lunches.

The bedrooms were comfortable, spacious and private. The town is quiet overnight, so it was very easy to get a good night's rest. We had our own bathroom that was of the highest quality, with a lovely shower and separate bathtub. They also provide a small fridge, coffeemaker and some wine glasses.

Staying at Field Day was convenient, comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

We booked the Heather room for two nights this week and had such a wonderful stay! The B&B is gorgeous, the beds are super comfy, the bathroom has a big claw foot tub and large shower, and the overall ambiance is just so stunning with tall ceilings, crown moldings, and ornate wallpaper. Kate and Brian were wonderful hosts, super welcoming, and did sweet things like leaving chocolate macaroons and muffins out for us for a snack! The breakfast were delicious and very genegerous in portion: fresh fruits, scones, homemade bread, choice of main (I recommend the eggs benny! Yum!), coffee or tea, and fresh orange juice. We got to meet the cute ducks and see the wonderful garden! Looking for an excuse to get back to Millbrook for another visit soon ! Also they are adding an accessible room on the first floor so if stairs aren't your thing, they got you covered too!

We just returned from a fabulous weekend at this beautiful historic B & B. The host are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the area as well as things to do and places to go. The hot home made breakfasts were amazing! The rooms were large and beautifully decorated. There were also 2 separate communal areas where you could hang out, relax, play cards, etc. It felt like being at home only grander. We came for a wedding this time but we will be back to enjoy the wonderful hospitality and to explore the area.
